Ոստիկանները բացահայտել են կեղծ և առանց ակցիզային պիտակների «Հենեսի»-ի իրացման դեպքը

ՀՀ Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության Կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության աշխատակիցներն օրերս բացահայտել են կեղծ և առանց ակցիզային դրոշմապիտակի կոնյակ իրացնելու դեպք:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել, որ իրացվում է ֆրանսիական արտադրության «Հենեսի» տեսակի կոնյակ, որն ակցիզվորված է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կեղծ ակցիզներով: Տվյալներն իրացնելու համար վարչության աշխատակիցները համագործակցեցին ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության և Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում՝ մարտի 16-ին Արտաշատ քաղաքից ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին բերման է ենթարկվել Աշոտ Բադալյանը: Նախապատրաստված նյութերով հիմնավորվել է, որ նա իր ընկեր Շահեն Շահենյանի հետ իրացրել է կեղծ և առանց ակցիզային դրոշմապիտակների 83 շիշ «Հենեսի» կոնյակ: Բացի այդ, Բադալյանը բացատրություն է տվել, որ հայտնաբերված կոնյակները իրացման նպատակով ձեռք են բերել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ իրենց անօրինական գործունեությունը քողարկելու համար Բադալյանն ու Շահենյանը ստեղծել էին սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ մի քանի ընկերություն: Կեղծ ու անակցիզ կոնյակներն առգրավվել են, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Շահեն Շահենյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
