Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունը սկսել է ձերբակալել երկրի բանկերին պարտք միջին խավի քաղաքացիներին: Բանն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության անմխիթար վիճակը իրենց վրա լավ զգում են երկրի բնակիչները, որոնք իրենց պարտքերը և կարիքները հոգալու համար ստիպված վարկեր են վերցրել տարբեր բանեկերից , բայց հիմա չեն կարողանում դրանք մարել: Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարութունը ձերբակալում է ոչ միայն վարկը վերցնողին այլ նաև նրան երաշխավոր կանգնողներին : Աշխարհում բոլորին հայտնի է , որ ադրբեջանական բանտերը հեղեղված են քաղբանտարկյալներով, որոնց մեծ մասը ձերբակալվել են խոսքի ազատության համար , մի մասն էլ ուղղակի չի ցանկացել ենթարկվել Ալիևյան կլանին և հայտնվել են բանտի չոր նառերի վրա: Հիմա հերթը հասել է բանկի հաճախորդներին , երկրի բնակչության մեծ մասը արդեն կախման մեջ է բանկերից, ամեն պահի նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է հայտնվել անազատության մեջ: Բանն այն է , որ կառավարություն ձերբակալում է միջին խավին ,որոնց պարտքը բանկերում հասնում է մոտ 3000 դոլարին համարժեք մանաթ, իսկ գործարար Հաջի Իբրահիմ Նեհրամլի անունով գործարարը , որը բանկերին պարտք է 1 մլդ դոլար , հանգիստ շրջում է իր համար ազատության մեջ, և երկրի ղեկավարությունը չի էլ մտածում նրան ձերբակալելու մասին:
