* Այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին խորհրդարանը շարունակել է քառօրյա նիստերի աշխատանքը` առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունելով «Ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն եւ լրացում կատարելու մասին» եւ «Ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրինագծերի փաթեթը, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ՝ «Կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում եւ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքների նախագծերը եւ վավերացնելով 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Գրոդնոյում ստորագրված «Բնական մորթուց հագուստի առարկաներ, հագուստի պարագաներ եւ այլ արտադրատեսակներե ապրանքային դիրքով հսկիչ (նույնացման) նշաններով ապրանքների դրոշմավորում ներդնելու փորձնական ծրագիրը 2015-2016 թվականներին իրականացնելու մասին» համաձայնագիրը:

* ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրիդրիխ Էբերտ հիմնադրամի Հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Յուլիա Բլեզիուսի հետ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաեւ նույն հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նաիրա Գեւորգյանը:
Զրուցակիցները կարեւորել են հանձնաժողովի եւ հիմնադրամի միջեւ նախկինում ունեցած համագործակցությունը:
Ֆրիդրիխ Էբերտ հիմնադրամի Հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Յուլիա Բլեզիուսը ներկայացրել է երկկողմ համագործակցությանն ուղղված մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնք հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ընդունելի է համարել:

* ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում տեղի է ունեցել ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ տնտեսական, առեւտրի եւ բնապահպանական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի 46-րդ նիստը: Նիստին մասնակցել են Ռուսաստանից, Վրաստանից, Բուլղարիայից, Թուրքիայից, Հունաստանից, Ռումինիայից, Ուկրաինայից Հայաստան ժամանած պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչները: Նիստի սկզբում հաստատվել է օրակարգը, ապա նախորդ տարի Վառնայում տեղի ունեցած 45-րդ նիստի արձանագրությունը:
Նիստի բացմանը ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես է եկել ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը, ով, ողջունելով հյուրերին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում, կարեւորել է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության զարգացումը եւ փոխվստահության մթնոլորտի ստեղծումը:

* «Բաց դռներ» ծրագրի շրջանակում ԱԺ-ում հյուրընկալվել էին Երեւանի Խաչիկ Դաշտենցի անվան համար 114 ավագ դպրոցի աշակերտներն ու ուսուցիչները: Դպրոցականները նախ հետեւել են նիստի աշխատանքին, որին էլ հաջորդել է բաց դասը: Դասը վարել է ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը: Ողջունելով աշակերտներին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարեւորել է նման հանդիպումներն ու ընդգծել, որ դրանք հնարավորություն են տալիս առավել հստակ ծանոթանալու երիտասարդ սերնդի մտածողությանը եւ նրանց հուզող խնդիրներին: Զրույցի սկզբում Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը դպրոցականներին ներկայացրել է ԱԺ կառուցվածքը, խոսել օրենսդրական գործունեության մասին:

* ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը մարտի 16-ին հանդիպել է ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ի տնտեսական, առեւտրի, տեխնոլոգիական եւ բնապահպանական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի 46-րդ նիստի շրջանակում Հայաստան այցելած ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ասաֆ Հաջիեւի հետ:
Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշել է, որ ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ը, որի գործունեության ձեւաչափը միտված է տնտեսական համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը, լավագույն հիմքն է ժողովուրդների միջեւ առկա վիճելի խնդիրների քննարկման եւ լուծման համար: Տիկին Նաղդալյանը կարեւորել է ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ շրջանակում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը, ինչն իր հերթին կարող է դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ կառույցին անդամակցող երկրների միջեւ տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության առավել խորացմանը:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է, որ տարածաշրջանի ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման համար ներդրումները խթանելու եւ ընդլայնելու անհրաժեշտություն կա, հատկապես էներգետիկ եւ տրանսպորտային ոլորտներում:
