«Համբալ, դիշովկա…». թեժ լեզվակռիվ` Փաշինյանի ու Շմայսի միջև (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOyerkir.am-ը գրում է. ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարցրեց արագաչափերի մասին` ասելով, որ ոստիկանությանն ուղղված իր հարցումները հիմք են տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ արագաչափերի ու տեսախցիկների տեղադրումը բացարձակապես չի նպաստել ՃՏՊ-ների թվի նվազմանը: Պատգամավորը վստահ է, որ ՃՏՊն-երն ավելանում են` արագաչափերի տեղադրմանը զուգահեռ:
Հարցին պատասխանեց արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը` ներկայացնելով տվյալներ, որոնք վկայում են, որ ՃՏՊ-ների, խախտումների, զոհերի ու վնասվածքներ ստացածների թիվը նվազել է:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց. «Կա՞ հետազոտություն, որ եթե արագաչափերն ու տեսախցիկները չլինեին, կլիներ ավելի վատ»: Հետո պատգամավորը նշեց, որ արագաչափերը տեղադրող ընկերությունը կապվում է նախագահի եղբոր անվան հետ, հետևաբար` քաղաքացիները վճարում են նախագահի ընտանիքին:
Պատգամավորի այդ հայտարարությունը դուր չեկավ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանին, նա բղավեց. «Ա'յ համբալ, դիշովկա', նորմալ արտահայտվի նախագահի մասին»: Նաև թունդ հայհոյանք տվեց:
Փաշինյանի ու Առաքել Մովսիսյանի միջև սկսվեց թեժ լեզվակռիվ, և ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովին դժվարությամբ հաջողվեց հարթել վեճը:
