ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը մարտի 16-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների գլխավոր տնօրինության Արևելյան հարևանության հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար Մաթիո Բուզկեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը` որպես մեր երկրի տնտեսության գերակա ուղղություն, վերջին տարիներին դինամիկ աճ է գրանցում, ինչին մեծապես նպաստում են նաև Եվրամիության և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ իրականացվող համատեղ ծրագրերը, այդ թվում` նաև գյուղատնտեսության առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկի` կոոպերատիվների ստեղծմանն ու զարգացմանը ուղղված «Եվրոպական հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղական շրջանների զարգացում» («ENPARD») ծրագիրը: Այս ծրագիրը հաջող ընթացք է ունեցել ու շոշափելի արդյունքներ է տվել և հուսով եմ, որ այն կունենա իր շարունակությունը», - ողջունելով հյուրերին` նշել է նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Արևելյան հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերը և ներկայացվել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կողմից ծրագրերի շրջանակներում նախապայմանների կատարման ընթացքը:

Նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ 2015 թվականին մեր երկրում ընդունվել է «Գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, նախարարությունում ստեղծվել է գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների աջակցության կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանում, հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում իրականացվել է շուրջ 50 ուսումնական դասընթաց կոոպերատիվների գործունեության վերաբերյալ: Այս տարի Եվրամիության օժանդակությամբ նոր օրենսդրությամբ կստեղծվեն շուրջ 45 նոր կոոպերատիվներ:  Նախարարը նաև ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը հետևողական է ծրագրերի թափանցիկության և դրանց վերաբերյալ իրազեկության ապահովման հարցում, և այս առումով 2015 թվականին իրականացրել է լայնածավալ աշխատանք: 

Զրույցի ընթացքում Սերգո Կարապետյանը շեշտել է նաև օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման նախաձեռնության ծրագրի կարևորությունը: Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում հետագա երկկողմ համագործակցության հեռանկարները, մասնավորապես Վեդու ջրամբարի կառուցման հետ կապված Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերում կոոպերատիվների ստեղծման և ոռոգման նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների, այն է` կաթիլային համակարգերի ներդրման հնարավորությունը:

Բարձր գնահատելով Եվրամիության հետ գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում համագործակցության ներկա վիճակը` նախարարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ ագրարային ոլորտում փոխգործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և ընդլայնվել:
