Առաջիկայում սպասվող տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները (մի մասը ապրիլին են, մյուսները՝ աշնանը) լավ հնարավորություն են քաղաքական ուժերի համար խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ մարզերում իրենց դիրքերը ուժեղացնելու առումով:
ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ընթացքը ցույց կտա, թե որ կուսակցությունն է իսկապես լուրջ մոտենում ընտրական գործընթացներին ու ինչ հավակնություններ կարող է ունենալ:
