Քննիչը կաշառքի դիմաց կեղծիք է կատարել. ՀՔԾ

Ավարտվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու և կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքով նախաքննությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի ավագ քննիչ Արմեն Սիմոնյանը իր վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով նախաքննությունն իրականացնելիս, կասկածյալներ Կարապետ Մարտիրոսյանի և Ռոբերտ Մակինյանի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում գործողություն կատարելու, նրանց չկալանավորելու, այլ ստորագրությունը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար վերջիններիս ընկերոջ հայր՝ Պետրոս Սարգսյանից ընդունել է նրանց ծնողներից՝ Սամվել Մակինյանի և Մերուժան Պասիլյանի կողմից կաշառք տալու առաջարկը:
Վերջիններս խմբով, ընդհանուր միասնական դիտավորությամբ, համաձայնեցնելով և լրացնելով մեկը մյուսի գործողությունները' կաշառքի առարկա հանդիսացող գումարը հայթայթելուց հետո, Արմեն Սիմոնյանը 2014թ. ապրիլի 29-ին իր աշխատասենյակում Սամվել Մակինյանից ստացել է 180 հազար ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:
Բացի այդ, Արմեն Սիմոնյանն անձնական այլ դրդումներով, իր վարույթում քննվող հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում մտցրել է ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ, ջնջման միջոցով գրառումներում կատարել փոփոխություններ, կազմել է կեղծ փաստաթղթեր և կցել քրեական գործին:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում հատկապես կարևոր գործերի ավագ քննիչ Արմեն Սիմոնյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, իսկ Պետրոս Սարգսյանին, Սամվել Մակինյանին և Մերուժան Պասիլյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Մինչդատական վարույթում Արմեն Սիմոնյանի նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի ավագ քննիչ Արմեն Սիմոնյանի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Հիշյալ գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
