Պետությունն ընդլայնում է «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին՝ մատչելի բնակարան» ծրագրից օգտվողների շրջանակը

ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընդլայնում է «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին` մատչելի բնակարան» պետական նպատակային ծրագրից օգտվողների շրջանակը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ նպատակով գործադիրը պատրաստվում է մարտի 17-ի իր նիստում փոփոխություններ կատարել նախկին որոշման մեջ, որով ամուսինների տարիքային շեմի հանրագումարային «60» թիվը փոխարինվում է «65»-ով:

Բացի այդ, Երևանում ձեռք բերվելիք բնակարանի գնի առավելագույն սահմանաչափը 16 միլիոն դրամից բարձրացվելու է 25 միլիոնի:

Ծրագրի շրջանակում պետությունը սուբսիդավորում է երիտասարդ ընտանիքի բնակարանի ձեռք բերման վարկի տոկոսդրույքը, ինչի արդյունքում Երևանում բնակարանների համար վարկի տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 8-9 տոկոս, իսկ մարզերում` 6-7:

2010 թվականից գործող «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին` մատչելի բնակարան» ծրագրի նպատակն է պետական աջակցությունցուցաբերել բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման կարիք ունեցող երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին, ինչը կարևորվել էՀայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի նախընտրական ծրագրում: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում բանկերը և < i>վարկայինկազմակերպությունները երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին տրամադրում են վարկեր` բնակարան ձեռք բերելու նպատակով, իսկպետությունը վարկի մարման գործընթացում ֆինանսական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում վարկառուին` տոկոսագումարներիմասնակի սուբսիդավորմամբ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ երիտասարդ ընտանիքին պետությունն աջակցում է մոտ 4 տոկոսայինկետով:
