Կապիտան Բաբկեն Ղարդյանը դիմել է Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին

Զինծառայողներին սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողությունների դրդման մեջ մեղադրվող, ութ տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված կապիտան Բաբկեն Ղարդյանը, բաց նամակով նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին եւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին դիմելուց հետո, նամակ է հղել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին:
Բաբկեն Ղարդյանի նամակը հետեւյալն է. «Պարոն գլխավոր դատախազ, 2016թ. փետրվարի 9-ին Վերաքննիչ դատարանում շինծու քրեական գործի մեղադրանքներով կայացավ դատս, որտեղ, ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ Ձեր ցուցմունքով պատժաչափը խստացրեցին` դարձնելով այն ութ տարի, այն դեպքում, որ դա համարվում է մաքսիմալ պատժաչափ: Միաժամանակ, ոչ մի ծանրացնող հանգամանք չկար:
Հակառակը՝ կային մի շարք մեղմացնող հանգամանքներ՝ բազմաթիվ խրախուսանքներ եւ մեդալներ, առողջական խնդիր, որոնք հաշվի չեն առնվել: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ դա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ ես 2016թ. հունվարի 8-ին դիմում էի գրել Ձեզ, որտեղ մանրամասնորեն նկարագրել էի Արսեն Սարդարյանի եւ Արամ Բաղդասարյանի հանցավոր կերպարները եւ նրանց կողմից կատարած ապօրինությունները:
Ես հույս ունեի, որ անկախ Ձեր եւ նրանց միջև ջերմ հարաբերություններից՝ Դուք օբյեկտիվորեն քննություն կանցկացնեք, քանզի միշտ խոսում եք օրենքի գերակայությունից: Սակայն ես համոզվեցի, որ Ձեր խոսքերը սին են եւ նույնիսկ Ձեր համար արժեք չեն ներկայացնում:
Պարոն գլխավոր դատախազ, եթե որոշ պաշտոնատար անձինք, մասնավորապես` Արամ Բաղդասարյանն ու Արսեն Սարդարյանը տեսականորեն կարող են ստիպել, հարկադրել տղամարդուն, որ չուզենալով, բայց հաճույք ստանալով իրենց նկատմամբ ակտիվ սեռական գործողություններ կատարի, ապա մի շարք արտասահմանցի եւ տեղական փորձագետներ, նեղ մասնագետներ եւ սեքսապաթոլոգներ բացառում են այդ:
Փաստորեն, ստացվում է, որ ես մեղադրվել եւ դատապարտվել եմ մի հանցագործության համար, որը նույնիսկ ցանկության դեպքում չէի կարող կատարել: Այսպիսով, դատախազությունը, բացի իր գործառույթներից, սեքսոպաթոլոգիայի բնագավառում կատարել է շռնդալից բացահայտումներ, որոնք արժանի են Նոբելյան մրցանակի եւ որոնք հանրության ծիծաղն ու զարմանքն են առաջացնում:
Պարոն գլխավոր դատախազ, այնպես մի´ արեք, որ տարիներ անց Ձեր գլխավորած կառույցը հիշատակվի` որպես շինծու քրեական գործերով մեղադրող մասնագիտացված կառույց: Առջևում վճռաբեկ դատն է, իսկ իմ ուզածը միայն արդար դատավարությունն է: Հույս ունեմ, որ գոնե այս անգամ ճնշումներ չեք գործադրի դատավորների նկատմամբ»:
