Կուսակցաշինության նոր գործընթաց Հայաստանում, կամ Մեզ պետք են ոչ թե քաղաքական գործիչներ, այլ՝ պետական գործիչներ

Մովսես Դեմիրճյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Քանի որ եղած կուսակցությունները հիմնականում բարոյազրկված ու հեղինակազրկված են, իսկ մյուս տարի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են, ապա մի շարք մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենք իրենց համարում եմ քաղաքական գործիչներ, սկսել են նոր կուսակցություններ բացել կամ թարմացնել եղած հները:
Բայց այստեղ մի քանի խնդիր կա: Նախ, Հայաստանի բնակչության թվաքանակը բավականին փոքր է, քաղաքականապես ակտիվ մարդիկ էլ արդեն ներգրավված են այս կամ այն կուսակցության մեջ՝ ելնելով ոչ թե գաղափարական, այլ ավելի պրիմիտիվ՝ աշխատանքային, վարչական, ընկերային-ազգակցական և այլ չակերտավոր պարտավորություններից: Այնպես որ նոր ստեղծվող կամ թարմացվող կուսակցությունները անդամների խնդիր են ունենալու, և այդ հարցը կարող է լուծվել կամ հին անդամներին նոր խոստում տալով, կամ այլ կուսակցություններից անդամներ ներգրավելով: Իհարկե, հանրության մի փոքր հատված կա, որը դեռ ոչ մի կուսակցության անդամ չէ, բայց նրանց ներգրավելը բավականին դժվար կլինի:
Երկրորդ հարցն այն է, որ գաղափարական ոչ մի նոր բան նոր ստեղծվող կամ թարմացվող կուսակցությունները չեն բերելու և չեն ասելու: Հայաստանում կուսակցությունները ստիպված պետք է դասեն իրենց կա՛մ իշխանությանն աջակցող, կա՛մ ընդդիմադիր կառույցների շարքին, իսկ ամեն տիպի այլընտրանքները և երրորդ ուժերը պարզապես չեն ընկալվելու հանրության կողմից, որը բավականին պարզ և կուռ պատկերացում ունի քաղաքականության մասին՝ կա՛մ կողմ ես իշխանություններին, կա՛մ դեմ:
Իհարկե, թե՛ արդեն բոլորին հայտնի, թե՛ նոր ստեղծվող կուսակցությունների գերխնդիրն է լինելու գոնե նվազագույն կերպով ներկայացված լինել նոր խորհրդարանում, և այդ խնդիրը լուծելու համար կուսակցությունները կանգ չեն առնելու քարոզչության և ոչ մի ձևի առաջ՝ չնայելով դրանց նույնիսկ բարոյական կողմին, քանի որ ապագա խորհրդարանում ամեն մի պատգամավորի ձայնը բավականին մեծ կշիռ է ունենալու:
Հուսանք, որ գոնե այդ կատաղի պայքարը կուսակցությունների ղեկավարների կողմից կընկալվի որպես մրցակցության և կայացման առիթ:
Հ.Գ. Չմոռանանք, որ քաղաքական գործիչն առաջնորդվում է հաջորդ ընտրություններով, մինչդեռ պետական գործիչն առաջնորդվում է հաջորդ սերնդով:
