Օբաման եւ Պուտինը քննարկել են Սիրիայից ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերումը. Սպիտակ տուն

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկել են Սիրիայից ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերումն սկսելու որոշումը: Այդ մասին, ասված է մարտի 14-ին Սպիտակ տան տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
«Նրանք քննարկել են Սիրիայից ռուսական զինված ուժերի մասնակի դուրսբերման վերաբերյալ նախագահ Պուտինի այսօրվա հայտարարությունը եւ մարտական գործողությունների լիակատար դադարեցման ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ հերթական քայլերը՝ հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ քաղաքական բանակցությունների առաջմղման նպատակով»,- ասված է փաստաթղթում:
Երկու երկրների ղեկավարները նաեւ «քննարկել են, մի կողմից՝ սիրիական ռեժիմի ու նրա դաշնակիցների եւ, մյուս կողմից՝ զինված ընդդիմության միջեւ մարտական գործողությունների համազգային դադարեցման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի իրականացման առաջընթացը»: «Օբաման ընդգծել է, որ քաղաքական անցման համար պահանջվում է Սիրիայում բռնության դադարեցում»,- նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Խոսակցության ընթացքում Օբաման ընդգծել է, որ Դամասկոսը պետք է անարգել մուտք ապահովի հումանիտար օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար:
Ավելի վաղ Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ Պուտինն ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահին իրազեկել է Սիրիայից ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերումն սկսելու որոշման մասին: «Ռուսաստանի նախագահը տեղեկացրել է, որ միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում ռուսական զինված ուժերի առջեւ դրված հիմնական խնդիրների կատարումից հետո որոշում է ընդունվել Սիրիայից դուրս բերել օդատիեզերական ուժերի ավիախմբավորման հիմնական մասը»,- ասված է երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հեռախոսազրույցի վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Դրանում ընդգծվում է, որ «դա, անկասկած, լավ ազդանշան կծառայի հակամարտող բոլոր կողմերի համար եւ պայմաններ կստեղծի իրական խաղաղ գործընթացի սկսվելու համար»:
Զրույցի ընթացքում նախագահները քննարկել են նաեւ Ուկրաինայի իրադրությունը: Օբաման վերստին հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում գործող աշխարհազորայինները պետք է պահպանեն հրադադարի պայմանները: Ինչպես ասված է Սպիտակ տան հայտարարության մեջ, Օբաման ընդգծել է աշխարհազորայինների կողմից «Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում զինադադարի պայմանները կատարելու եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի դիտորդներին անջատականների կողմից վերահսկվող շրջաններ, ներառյալ ռուս-ուկրաինական սահման, անարգել մուտք ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությունը», հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
