Տարիների հետ կնոջ օրգանիզմը ենթարկվում է փոփոխության: Դիետայի ձևը, ըստ այդմ, նույնպես պետք է փոխել: Հետևաբար ամեն տարիքի համար կան համապատասխան դիետաներ: Ներկայացնենք 30, 40 և 50 ամյա կանանց դիետաները:
Ինչպես նիհարել 30-ից հետ
30 անց կանանց համար օրվա ստանալիք կալորիականության չափաբաժինը 2000 կիլոկալորիան է: Այդ տարիքում նիհարելու համար կանայք պետք է օրական նորմա հանդիսացող կալորիականության չափը նվազեցնեն 500-ով: Դա նիհարելու համար հիմնական տարբերակն է, որը օգնում է շաբաթական նիհարել կես կիլոգրամով:
Այդ տարիքի բազմաթիվ մայրերին հատուկ սխալն իրենց երխաների հետ միասին քաղցրավենիք ուտելու սովորույթն է: Այն համոզմունքը, թե մի փոքր քաղցրավենիքը կազմվածքը չի փչացնի սխալ է: Ինչպես պնդում են գիտնականները, այդպիսի հաճախակի քաղցրակերությունը կարող է մի քանի կիլոգրամ ավելացնելու պատճառ հանդիսանալ:
Քաշը չավելացնելու համար փոքրիկ խորամանկություններից մեկը նախքան սնվելը խնձոր ուտելն է: Եթե սնունդ ընդունելուց առաջ ուտեք մեկ խնձոր, դա կօգնի 190 կիլոկալորիա քիչ սնունդ ընդունել:
Ինչպես նիհարել 40-ից հետո
40 տարեկանում օրգանիզմում նյութափոխանակությունը դանդաղում է: Հետևաբար գեղեցիկ կազմվածք պահպանելու համար բավական չէ նիհարել: Օրական կալորիականության ընդունումը պետք է նվազեցնել 4-5 %-ով, այսինքն 2000 կիլոկալորիա նորմայից 80-100 կիլոկալորիա նվազեցնել: Որպեսզի օրգանիզմը աստիճանաբար վարժվի քիչ կալորիականությանը, հյութերի և գազով ջրերի փոխարեն խմեք սովորական ջուր կամ ոչ քաղցր թեյ: Դա կօգնի 100-150 կիլոկալորիայով նվազեցնել օրական նորման: Նաև պետք է փորձել հրաժարվել հիմնական սնունդ ընդունելու միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում որևէ բան ուտելուց:
Ինչպես նիհարել 50-ից հետո
50 անց կանանց համար կիլոկալորիաների օրական նորման 1800 է: Այդ տարիքում նիհարելու համար պետք է սահմանել խիստ սննդակարգ: Եթե այն չպահպանվի և սնունդն անկանոն ընդունվի, ապա այդ դեպքում ինսուլինի և գլյուկոզայի մակարդակն արյան մեջ կավելանա: Դա էլ հանգեցնում է ճարպային կուտակումների:
50 անց կանանց համար լավ այլընտրանքային դիետայի տեսակ են սոյաի մթերքները: Կաթը և միսը փոխարինելով սոյաի փոխարինիչով հնարավոր է դանդաղ, բայց վստահորեն ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից:
