Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Շամպինիոնները թաց անձեռոցիկով սրբել, եթե կարիք լինի, կարող եք լվանալ, բայց հետո անպայման չորացրեք սրբիչով: Հեռացրեք սնկերի ոտիկները, գդալով փորեք միջուկը: Եռացող ջրի մեջ եփեք ոսպը 5-7 րոպե, ջրի մեջ ավելացրեք նաև աղ: Մանր կտրատել սոխը և բուսական յուղի մեջ տապակել 1-2 րոպե: Թափեք ոսպի ջուրը, իսկ ոսպը լցրեք սոխով թավայի մեջ: Ավելացնել նաև կտրատած կանաչին, սխտորն ու պեստո սոուսը (կարող եք պատրաստի գնել սուպերմարկետներում): Ըստ ճաշակի' ավելացրեք նաև աղ և սև պղպեղ: Այս ամենը խառնել, վերցնել կրակի վրայից: Միջուկը պատրաստ է: Սնկերի վրա աղ ցանեք, լցոնեք միջուկով և վրայից մի փոքր պեստո սոուս ավելացրեք: Տեղավորեք սնկերը համապատասխան ամանի մեջ, որպեսզի դնեք նախապես 180˚ տաքացրած ջեռոցի մեջ 25-20 րոպե: Մատուցեք ուտեստը տաք վիճակում: Բարի ախորժակ:
