ԵՄ-ի Խորհուրդը որոշում է ընդունել արգելափակել ԻՊ-ի եւ «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի ֆինանսական հոսքերը

ԵՄ-ի Խորհուրդը արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մակարդակով որոշում Է ընդունել արգելափակել «Իսլամական պետություն» եւ «Ալ Քաիդա» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսական հոսքերը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ ԵՄ-ի Խորհրդի ամփոփիչ հայտարարության մեջ:
«ԵՄ-ի Խորհուրդը որոշում Է ընդունել Պ-ի եւ «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի հետ կապված անձանց եւ կառույցների նկատմամբ արգելիչ միջոցների համալրման վերաբերյալ,-նշվում Է փաստաթղթում:-Այդ որոշումն արտացոլում Է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-ի թիվ 2253 բանաձեւը, որը ԻՊ-ի անվերապահ դատապարտում Է բովանդակում եւ հորդորում Է ուժեղացնել նրա դեմ մղվող պայքարը՝ «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի եւ նրա հետ կապված անձանց ու խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարի գոյություն ունեցող իրավական շրջանակներում»:
«Բանաձեւը նաեւ կոչ Է անում ԵՄ-ի երկրներին՝ կասեցնել ֆինանսավորման եւ տնտեսական ռեսուրսների հոսքերը ԻՊ-ի եւ «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի պատժիչ ցուցակներում ներառված ֆիզիկական անձանց ու կառույցներին»,-ասված Է ԵՄ-ի Խորհրդի հայտարարության մեջ:
Փաստաթուղթը հավելյալ ոչ մի տեղեկատվություն չի պարունակում ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների դեմ արգելիչ նոր միջոցառումների մասին: Դրանց բովանդակությունը հայտնի կդառնա մարտի 15-ին ԵՄ-ի Պաշտոնական հանդեսում հրապարակումից հետո, ինչից հետո այդ միջոցներն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն:
ԻՊ-ի եւ «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի միավորված պատժիչ ցուցակը շարունակաբար լրամշակվում Է եւ ներկայում բաղկացած Է 147 Էջից, որոնցում տեղեկատվություն Է զետեղված հազարից ավելի ֆիգուրանտների մասին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
