Վերջերս գիտնականները իրականացրել են փորձ եւ գտել հիմնական 8 տեսակի մթերքները, որոնք երիտասարդացնող եւ գեղեցկությունը պահպանող հատկություն ունեն:Այսպես օրինակ՝ առաջարկվում եմ ուտել ընկույզ, քանի որ այն մաշկը խոնավեցնող, սնուցող եւ առաձգականությունը պահպանող հատկություն ունի: Այն պարունակում է վիտամին E, որը կանխում է մաշկի բջիջների ծերացումը:
Ընկույզը կարող եք ոչ թե շաբաթական, այլ ամսական 1 անգամ ուտել, եւ ձեր օրգանիզմը կապահովվի օգտակար նյութերով: Այնուհետեւ գիտնականներն առաջարկում են ուտել կորեկաձավարի շիլա, որը հարուստ է սիլիցիումով: Այս մթերքը եւս աչքի է ընկնում երիտասարդացնող հատկությամբ:
