ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ անչափահասի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մարտի 13-ին՝ ժամը 21.30-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սարի թաղի ոլորանների վրա կռիվ է, մեկն էլ արյան մեջ ընկած է: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Էդուարդ Սիրականյանի գլխավորությամբ։


Նախնական տվյալներով, մարտի 13-ին՝ ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, Սարի թաղում գործող  թիվ 47 դպրոցի դիմաց տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որին մասնակցել են նաև անչափահասներ։ Վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ Սարի թաղի 16-ամյա բնակիչը (17-ամյակը պետք է լրանար նոյեմբերին) կրծքավանդակի առաջ նային մակերեսին ստացել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի՝ կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վնասվածք։ Վերջինս ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքի հետևանքով «կենսաբանական մահ» ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ հաստատվել է անչափահասի մահը։

Տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել ևս 5 անձ։ Բոլոր տուժածներն էլ Սարի թաղի բնակիչներ են։

Դեպքի առթիվ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 3 հոդվածներով՝ 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն), 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (սպանության փորձ՝ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ), 113-րդ  հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (2 կամ ավելի անձանց միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնաս պատճառելը)։

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 1 գլխարկ, կոշիկ, արնանման հետքեր։ Առգրավվել են նաև տուժածների հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաբժշկական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու, վիճաբանության շարժառիթը, մասնակիցների շրջանակը և նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունների աստիճանը պարզելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում են քննչական, օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ։
