Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի մասնագետները կվերապատրաստվեն Գերմանիայի առաջատար կլինիկաներում

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը հանդիպմել է «Պրոֆեսոր Ռ.Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոն»-ի առաջատար մասնագետների հետ: «Ես ուզում եմ ձեզ շնորհակալություն հայտնել դժվար պայմաններում աշխատելու համար։ Սակայն, դրա փոխարեն, շուտով բարձր հագեցվածությամբ կենտրոնում եք աշխատելու»,-հանդիպման սկզբում նշել է նախարարը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, նշելով, որ կենտրոնը հագեցած կլինի ամենավերջին սերնդի սարքավորումներով, նախարարը խիստ կարևորել է նաև մասնագետների բարձր պատրաստվածությունը և արդյունավետ կառավարումը։ Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առողջապահության նախարարն իրենց առաջատար կլինիկաներում մասնագետների վերապատրաստումներ կազմակերպելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել։

Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանը, ներկայացնելով  մասնագետներին, նշել է, որ բոլորը վերապատրաստումներ են անցել Չեխիայի, Գերմանիայի, Իռլանդիայի և  Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առաջատար կլինիկաներում։ Միաժամանակ լրացուցիչ վերապատրաստումների կազմակերպման նոր պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել։ Ծրագրի շրջանակում 6 մասնագետ առաջիկայում մեկամսյա վերապատրաստում կանցնի Գերմանիայի Դաշնությունում։

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը շեշտել է, որ արդիականացված կենտրոնի մեկնարն ավելի լավ ապահովելու համար կարելի է լրացուցիչ վերապատրաստումներ կազմակերպել։ Նա կարևորել է նաև միջին բուժանձնակազմի մասնագիտական բարձր պատրաստվածության ապահովումը և հանձնարարել այդ ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլեր իրականացնել:

Ծանոթանալով ներկաներից յուրաքանչյուրին ու նրանց անցած վերապատրաստումներին` նախարարն իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել փոխպատվաստման թիմից և նրանց հետ քննարկել է կենտրոնի գործարկմանն առնչվող բազմաթիվ հարցեր։ Նա հանձնարարել է առավել մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններ կատարել, որպեսզի հաջորդ հանդիպման ժամանակ, մինչև կենտրոնի շահագործումը, ներկայացնեն կենտրոնի արդյունավետ կառավարման իրենց պատկերացումները` հիվանդի ընդունումից սկսած մինչև բուժումը։ 

«Հանրապետության Նախագահի ծրագրով և առաջին տիկնոջ մեծ ուշադրության պայմաններում արդիականացվող կլինիկան հրաշալի հարթակ կդառնա ձեր նվիրվածությամբ երկրի առողջապահական համակարգի համբավը բարձրացնելու համար»,-ասել է նախարարը` կենտրոնի ղեկավարներին ու բժիշկներին հորդորելով ամրապնդել և մշտական դարձնել կապերն իրենց վերապատրաստած մասնագետների հետ։
