Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ԵԺԿ գործընկերների հետ հանդիպմանը կարևորել է ահաբեկչության դեմ միասնական պայքարը

Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մարտի 13-ին մասնակցել է Ավստրիայի արտգործնախարար Սեբաստիան Կուրցի նախաձեռնությամբ Վիեննայում կայացած Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են տասներկու երկրների արտգործնախարարներ, ԵԺԿ նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Դոլը, Եվրախորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների կոմիտեի նախագահ Էլմար Բրոկը, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հանձնակատար Յոհանես Հանը, ԵԺԿ բարձրաստիճան այլ ներկայացուցիչներ։

Նախարարական հանդիպման օրակարգում են եղել ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի, միգրացիայի հետ կապված խնդիրները։ Քննարկումներ ծավալվել են Արևմտյան Բալկաններում, Հարավային Կովկասում առկա հարցերի և դրանց լուծման ուղիների, Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում համագործակցության շուրջ։

Մասնակցելով քննարկումներին` Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն անդրադարձել է միգրացիոն հոսքերին և նշել. «Հայաստանն ապաստան է տվել Սիրիայից ժամանած շուրջ քսան հազար փախստականների` այդպիսով հանդիսանալով բնակչության թվի հարաբերակցությամբ սիրիացի փախստականներ ընդունած երրորդ պետությունը Եվրոպայում»։

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը շեշտել է, որ միգրացիայի հետ կապված խնդիրների լուծումները փնտրելիս առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է անդրադառնալ դրանց պատճառներին։ Այդ առումով նախարար Նալբանդյանը կարևորել է ահաբեկչության դեմ միասնական պայքարը, սիրիական ճգնաժամի քաղաքական կարգավորման գործընթացը։

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև հարաբերություններին, կարևորել նոր իրավական փաստաթղթի մշակման շուրջ մեկնարկած բանակցությունները՝ ընգծելով, որ նոր համաձայնագիրը կարտացոլի առկա համագործակցության խորությունը և արձանագրված արդյունքները։

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը ԵԺԿ գործընկերներին է ներկայացրել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը՝ շեշտելով, որ հիմնահարցի խաղաղ հանգուցալուծմանն այլընտրանք չկա։
