«Վերջերս ես մի հետաքրքիր փորձարկում եմ կատարել օրգանիզմիս հետ: Ամեն օր նախաճաշից ճաշն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ես մեկ բանան էի ուտում, և ևս մեկը՝ ճաշից հետո, որպես դեսերտ: Արդյունքն այնքան ինձ դուր եկավ, որ որոշեցի կիսվել ձեզ հետ:

Իմ մեջ ինչ-որ բան փոխվեց, ես սկսեցի ավելի լավ տեսք ունենալ: Բանանի օգտակարությունն օրգանիզմի համար գրեթե անմիջապես արտահայտվում է: Աչքերի տակի մուգ շրջանակներն ու պարկերը, առավոտյան մի փոքր այտուցվածությունը և մաշկի չորությունն այլև չկան, անհետացել են: Դեմքս թարմացել է և երիտասարդացել, նույնիսկ կնճիռներս են քիչ նկատելի դարձել:

Ես այլևս չեմ ունենում այրոցի նոպաներ և նույնիսկ հեմոգլոբինիս մակարդակն է բարձրաձել, երեկոյան ես ինձ այդքան էլ հոգնած չեմ զգում: Ճիշտն ասած, փորձարկումս սկսելով,  ես նման փայլուն արդյունքի նույնիսկ չէի էլ սպասում…»

Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար բանանը

Բանանի օգտակարությունը ոչ մի կասկած չի առաջացնում. Այս մթերքը հարուստ է մանրաթելերով և բարդ ածխաջրերով: Բանանի մեջ կա նաև կալիում և մագնեզիում, որոնք ամրացնում են սիրտանոթային համակարգը: Բանանի բաղադրության մեջ են մտում բնական շաքարի երեք տեսակներ՝ սախարոզա, գլյուկոզա և ֆրուկտոզա, որն էլ խթանում է ուղեղի լավ աշխատանքին և բարձրացնում է ընդհանուր էներգիայի մակարդակը:
