Google-ում աշխատանքի ընդունելության հարցերից մեկը շատ հավանեցի. խնդիրը սա է.

Հարյուր բանտարկյալի շարում են մեկ գծով, և հագցնում կարմիր և կապույտ գլխարկներ: Բանտարկյալները կանգնած են իրար հետևից և փաստացի տեսնում են միայն դիմացինի գլխարկի գույնը: Շարքի ամենավերջին բանտարկյալից սկսած յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ասի թե ինչ գույնի գլխարկ է նա կրում: Ճիշտ պատասխանը ազատություն է պարգևում, սխալը՝ գնդակահարություն:

Հարց. ի՞նչ պետք է պայմանավորվեն բանտարկյալները, որպեսզի հնարավորինս շատ մարդ կարողանա փրկվել...

Տվյալ իրավիճակում հնարավոր է փրկել նվազագույնը 99 բանտարկյալ. և բախտի բերումով հնարավոր է նաև փրկվեն բոլորը: Դրա համար, ամենավերջում կանգնած բանտարկյալը, որից որ փաստացի պետք է սկսի հարց-պատասխանը, պետք է իր կյանքը վտանգելով նշի դիմացինի գլխարկի գույնը: Դրանից հետո երկրորդ բանտարկյալը իմանում է իր գլխարկի գույնը, սակայն նա պետք է փրկի դիմացինի: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, նախնական պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում, եթե դիմացինի գլխարկը նույն գույնի է, ապա բանտարկյալը պատասխանելիս շեշտում է միայն գույնի անունը: Եթե դիմացինի գլխարկը այլ գույնի է, ապա կարելի է շեշտել ենթադրենք «Կարմիր գույն» կամ «Կարմիր գլխարկ» երկբառանոց կապակցությունները:
