Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է հետևել, որ գովազդային վահանակները տեղադրվեն սահմանված վայրերում

 Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որին ներկա են եղել աշխատակազմի արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի, առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչությունների բոլոր աշխատակիցները, ինչպես նաև ոլորտների պատասխանատուները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցության շրջանակում ն երկայացվել է վարչությունների կատարած աշխատանքների 2015թ-ի հաշվետվությունը: Անդրադառնալով արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի վարչության գործառույթներին` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը որոշ դիտարկումներ է կատարել ոլորտում նոր մշակույթի ձևավորման հետ կապված:

«Մենք պետք է նախ և առաջ ներկայացնենք ոլորտում կատարվող աշխատանքը, իրականացվող ծրագրերի մասին հաշվետու լինենք մեր համաքաղաքացիներին ու պարբերաբար ներկայացնենք արձանագրված թերացումները: Վարչությունն այս ուղղությամբ շատ անելիք ունի, և ակնկալում եմ, որ այսուհետ կլինեք ավելի նախաձեռնող»,- նշել է քաղաքապետը:

Անդրադառնալով ոլորտում գրանցած ձեռքբերումներին՝ քաղաքապետը հատկանշել է մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում խոշոր գովազդային վահանակների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացն ու մասնավորի հետ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը: «Մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք անդրադառնալու այն խնդրին, որ երբեմն առաջանում է մեր բնակիչների համար արտաքին գովազդի տարբեր վահանակների պատճառով: Մոտեցումն այստեղ հստակ է. գովազդի տեղադրման թույլտվություն ունենալը չի  նշանակում, թե որտեղ ուզեն և ինչպես ուզեն, կարող են տեղադրել իրենց վահանակները: Ինչպես քաղաքապետարանի վարչությունը, այնպես էլ 12 վարչական շրջանների գովազդի բաժիններն այստեղ անելիք ունեն: Հետևեք, որ գովազդային վահանակները տեղադրվեն սահմանված վայրերում, ոչ թե որտեղ պատահի»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Աշխատակազմի առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչության գործառույթների հետ կապված ևս քաղաքապետը որոշ դիտարկումներ է ներկայացրել: «Առևտրի ոլորտում մի շարք ուղղություններով վարչությունն ունի շարունակական անելիքներ. առաջին հերթին պետք է հետևողական հսկողություն իրականացվի բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ, ընդ որում, ինչպես արդեն առիթ ունեցել եմ ասելու. բացատրական աշխատանքներ տարեք բնակիչների հետ և ուղղորդեք նրանց դեպի առևտրի կազմակերպման համար նախատեսված տարածքներ: 2016թ. ակնկալում եմ թե՛ ձեր և թե՛ վարչական շրջանների առևտÖ �ի բաժինների սրտացավ ու հետևողական աշխատանքը»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Քաղաքապետն անդրադարձել է նաև գիշերային աղմուկի դեմ տարվող շարունակական պայքարին ու հանձնարարել է խախտում թույլ տվող օբյեկտների մասին բնակիչների կողմից ստացվող բողոք-դիմումների ուսումնասիրման և խնդրի լուծման հարցում լինել խիստ հետևողական: Բացի այդ, հանձնարարվել է նաև առևտրի վարչության այն գործառույթների շրջանակում, որոնց լիարժեք իրականացման հարցում կառաջանա անհրաժեշտություն, շարունակել ակտիվ համագործակցությունը ՀՀ ոստիկանության հետ:

Ամփոփելով ներկայացված հաշվետվությունները և դրական գնահատելով վարչությունների 2015թ. իրականացրած աշխատանքները՝ քաղաքապետը հորդորել է հետևողականորեն շարունակել նախանշված բոլոր ծրագրերի իրականացումը:
