Կրծքի քաղցկեղի նոր բուժումն ընդամենը 11 օր է տեւում

Կաթնագեղձի քաղցկեղի նոր բուժումը, որը մշակվել է Մանչեստրի համալսարանի եւ Լոնդոնում Քաղցկեղի հետազոտության ինստիտուտի մասնագետների կողմից, ընդամենը 11 օր է տեւում: Այս տեխնոլոգիայի շնորհիվ անհետանում է քիմիաթերապիայի անհրաժեշտությունը, որը բազմաթիվ երկրորդական հետեւանքներ է ունենում:
Քաղցկեղի եվրոպական համաժողովի ընթացքում գիտնականները պատմել են, թե ինչպես են բուժման երկու մակարդականի մեթոդ կիրառել երկու դեղամիջոցի օգտագործմամբ` լապատինիբի (Lapatinib) եւ տրաստուզումաբի (Trustumazab), որն ավելի հայտնի է որպես հերցեպտին (Herceptin): Երկու դեղամիջոցն էլ հարձակվում են HER2 սպիտակուցի վրա, որը նպաստում է կաթնագեղձի ուռուցքների որոշ տեսակների աճին:
Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այս դեղամիջոցների օգնությամբ բուժումը երկու շաբաթից պակաս ժամանակահատվածում հնարավորություն է տալիս արգելափակել կամ էականորեն դանդաղեցնել չարորակ ուռուցքի աճը, ընդ որում` առանց քիմիաթերապիա կիրառելու:
Դեղամիջոցները փորձարկվել են բրիտանական 23 կլինիկայում կաթնագեղձի քաղցկեղի ագրեսիվ տեսակով (կրծքում ուռուցքը երեք սանտիմետրի էր հասնում) 257 կնոջ վրա, որոնք ուռուցքի հեռացման վիրահատության էին սպասում: Սակայն այդ դեղամիջոցներով կարճաժամկետ բուժման ավարտին որոշ կանայք արդեն հեռացնելու բան չունեին. նրանց ուռուցքներն անհետացել էին:
Ճիշտ է, ուռուցքներն ամբողջությամբ անհետացել էին 28 կնոջ մոտ (մոտ 11 տոկոսը), իսկ եւս 44 կնոջ մոտ (մոտ 17 տոկոսը) ուռուցքները շատ փոքրացել էին` մինչեւ 0,5 սմ-ից փոքր չափի: Պրոֆեսոր Ջուդիթ Բլիսը Լոնդոնի Քաղցկեղային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտից նշել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ այս մեթոդի դրական ազդեցությունը դիտարկվել է հետազոտվող կանանց 87 տոկոսի մոտ:
Արժե սակայն նշել, որ այս դեղամիջոցներն ազդում են կրծքի քաղցկեղի ոչ բոլոր տեսակների վրա, իսկ դրանց թիվն առնվազն տասն է:
Ինչպես նշել է Անգլիայում Մանչեստրի համալսարանի վիրաբուժական ուռուցքաբանության պրոֆեսոր բժիշկ Նայջլ Բանդրեդը, բուժման նոր մեթոդը նաեւ իր թերություններն ունի: Այսպես, կանանց 5 տոկոսի մոտ երկրորդական հետեւանք են դարձել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունները, իսկ 25 տոկոսի մոտ ցանը եւ աղիքային խանգարումը:
Ներկայումս գիտնականները շարունակում են ուսումնասիրել այդ դեղամիջոցների արդյունավետությունը: Չի բացառվում, որ ապագայում հնարավոր լինի դրանք օգտագործել շատ այլ հիվանդանոցներում:
