Ադրբեջան վերադառնալուց հրաժարված դիվանագետը քաղաքական շարժում է հիմնադրել Նիդերլանդներում

2016 թվականի մարտի 6-ին Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության Անստերդամ քաղաքում հիմնադրվել է «OYAN» (Արթնացիր) Քաղաքական շարժումը:
Շարժումը հիմնադրել է նրա վարչական կազմի անդամ, Նիդերլանդներում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան նախկին աշխատակից, զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատվելուց հետո Ադրբեջան վերադարձից հրաժարված, մամուլի կողմից որպես «բողոքող հյուպատոս» ներկայացված Նահիդ Ջաֆարովը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Meydan TV-ի աշխատակցի հետ զրույցում Ջաֆարովն ասել է, որ «OYAN»-ի ստեղծման նպատակը հասարակական գործընթացներին ադրբեջանական հանրության ակտիվորեն ներգրավումն է:
«Մենք աշխատում ենք, որպեսզի քաղաքականությունը դարձնենք յուրաքանչյուրի համար կարեւոր գործ, ինչով կկոտրենք իշխանության կողմից հանրությանը պարտադրված` «քաղաքականությանը չեմ միջամտում» գաղափարախոսությունը: Կարճ ասած` մեր նպատակը մարդկանց ուղեղներն արթնացնելն է: Շարժման մեջ ներգրավված են կիրթ եւ արհեստավարժ երիտասարդներ: Մենք պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել Ադրբեջանում բոլոր ընդդիմադիր ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հետ: Մեր գործունեությունը կյանքի է կոչվելու երկու ուղղությամբ` ժողովրդին քաղաքական գործընթացներին ներգրավելու (OYAN ակում բ) եւ նոր առաջնորդներ ստեղծելու (OYAN ակադեմիա) միջոցով:
Շարժումը ղեկավար չունի եւ դրական չի համարում մեկ անձի շուրջ միավորվելը: Մեր շարժմանը կարող է միանալ մեզ հավատացող յուրաքանչյուր անձ», -ասել է նա:
2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանի 6 դիվանագետներ հրաժարվել են վերադառնալ հայրենիք: Եվրամիությունում Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովը, Ստրասբուրգում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչության աշխատակից Սամիր Իսմայիլովը որոշել են մնալ Բելգիայում: Հոլանդիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան զինվորական կցորդ Նահիդ Մուխտար օղլու Ջաֆարովը հրաժարվել է վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան եւ ապաստան է խնդրել իր ծառայության երկրում: Դիվանագետներ Ֆարիդ Սուբհանվերդիեւը եւ Անար Հասանովը` Ավստրալիայում: Բաքու չի ցանկացել վերադառնալ նաեւ ԻսպանիայուÕ ´ Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Ալթայ Էֆենդիեւը:
Այս դիվանագետները չեն ցանկացել ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին քննադատելու համար Արիֆ Մամեդովին վարկաբեկող փաստաթղթի տակ, եւ որոշել են մնալ արտասահմանում` հայրենիքում հետապնդվելու վախից:
Նահիդ Ջաֆարովը ներկայում ուսանում է Ամստերդամի համալսարանում: Նա միաժամանակ ընդունվել է Էրասմուս համալսարան:
