Հանրային խորհուրդ. Ցորենի ալյուրի պարտադիր հարստացումը վտանգավոր է

Հանրային խորհուրդը ցորենի ալյուրի պարտադիր հարստացման հարցի վերաբերյալ ինչպես շահագրգիռ կողմերի, այնպես էլ մասնագետների հետ բազմաթիվ քննարկումներ անելուց եւ ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիային դիմելուց հետո հարցի վերաբերյալ իր եզրահանգումն ունի:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են Հանրային խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հանրային քննարկումներից եւ բազմաթիվ կարծիքներ լսելուց հետո Հանրային խորհուրդը վերոհիշյալ հարցի վերաբերյալ եկել է այն եզրակացության, որ նպատակահարմար եւ հիմնավորված չէ ծրագրի իրականացման մեթոդը, որով բնակչության թիրախային խմբի առողջական խնդիրն առաջարկվում է լուծել ողջ բնակչության ներգրավման միջոցով: Բանն այն է, որ բնակչության որոշակի շերտի համար դա կարող է վնասակար լինել, քանի որ կան իրար հակասող գիտական հետազոտություններ եւ կարծիքներ:
Ցորենի ալյուրի հարստացմանը դեմ լինելու եւս մեկ պատճառն էլ այն է, որ չկա որեւէ լուրջ հետազոտություն չափաբաժնի վերաբերյալ, ըստ որի, տվյալ չափաբաժինը արդյունավետ կլինի հասարակության այն շերտի համար, որը դրա կարիքն ունի, բայց, միաժամանակ, չի վնասի մյուսներին: Հանրային խորհրդի համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես պետք է որոշվի չափաբաժինը, երբ կա բնակչության մի շերտ, որը գրեթե հաց չի օգտագործում, իսկ բնակչության մի շերտի համար էլ հացը հիմնական սնունդ է:
Ըստ Հանրային խորհրդի՝ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը փորձում է իրականացնել ծրագիրը` առաջ մղելով այն միտքը, որ սա մասնագիտական հարց է եւ հասարակությունն ունակ չէ ընկալելու: Եվ եթե անգամ ծրագիրն օգտակար է ու ճիշտ, ապա նպատակահարմար չէ այն իրականացնել բնակչության մեծ մասի կողմից բացասական կարծիքի պայմաններում: «Անհրաժեշտ է նախ հասարակությանը հիմնավոր փաստարկներով համոզել, որ ծրագիրն արդյունավետ է ու վտանգներ չի պարունակում, ապա նոր իրականացնել այն»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Հանրային խորհուրդը, հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը, մինչեւ լուրջ գիտական փորձաքննություններ ու հետազոտություններ անցկացնելը առաջարկել է հետաձգել ծրագրի իրականացումը, բայց, միեւնույն ժամանակ, բուժիչ նպատակներով արտադրել որոշակի քանակությամբ հարստացված ալյուրով հացամթերք` փաթեթավորման մեջ հատուկ պիտակի առկայությամբ եւ համապատասխան բացատրական աշխատանք կատարել, որպեսզի այն կիրառվի թիրախային խմբերի կողմից:
