Ադրբեջանը «պատվիրված» է ակտիվանում

Գագիկ Համբարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր առավոտյան հայկական և ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները հաղորդեցին,որ տեղի է ունեցել զինադադարի խախտում Ակնայի շրջանում...Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, բողոքական ազերիները ամեն ինչում փորձում են մեղադրել հայկական կողմին՝տեղեկատվությունն այնպես մատուցելով,որ իբրև թե մեծ վնաս են հասցրել հայերին,որոնք խախտել են զինադադարը...Հայաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ներն էլ հաղորդեցին,որ ազերիների դիվերսիան հետ շպրտելիս ոչնչացրել են հակառակորդի երկու զինվորի,իսկ մի քանիսն էլ վիրավոր են...Սակայն և՛ հայկական,և՛ ազերիական ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդագրությունների մեջ ՄԵԿ համընկնում կար.ազերիները առաջին անգամ գնդակոծել են շփման գծից բավական հեռու գտնվող տարածքներ...Հարց է առաջանում...Իսկ ինչու՞ է Բաքուն կրկին ակտիվանում հենց հիմա...Պատասխանը ավելի քան պարզ է...Անցյալ տարի նոյեմբերի վերջին ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կտրուկ սրվելուց հետո պաշտոնական Անկարան իր հարավկովկասյան դաշնակցին՝Ադրբեջանին օգտագործում էր ՌԴ-ի ուշադրությունը Սիրիայից և Անկարայից շեղելու համար...Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիևը "տնային հանձնարարություն" էր ստանում Անկարայից՝սրել իրավիճակը Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի բանակների շփման գծում,ինչպես նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին...Հավելեմ,որ ՌԴ-ի ուշադրությունը Սիրիայից և Անկարայից շեղելու համար Ռ.Էրդողանը հաջողությամբ օգտագործում է նաև ուկրաինացիներին...
Երեկ Մոսկվայում ՀՀ նախագահ Ս.Սարգսյանը ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Պուտինի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ իր զորակցությունը հայտնեց ՌԴ-ին՝ Սիրիայի հարցում...Համոզված եմ,որ ՀՀ նախագահի այս հայտարարությունը դուր չի եկել Սիրիայում ԴԱԻՇ-ի և այլ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների թիկունքում կանգնածներին,որոնք էլ ՀՀ-ին պատժելու համար օգտագործեցին Բաքվին՝կտրուկ սրելով իրավիճակը Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի շփման գծում...Այս անգամ Բաքվի պատվիրատուներն Ի.Ալիևին հորդորեցին ցույց տալ Ստեփանակերտին և Երևանին,որ ՀՀ-ի զորակցությունը ՌԴ-ին շատ ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու հայկական կողմերի համար...
Ի դեպ,Երևանում երեկ իր աշխատանք է սկսել ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի նիստը,որին մասնակցում է նաև ՌԴ Պետդումայի խոսնակ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը...Համոզված եմ,որ դիվերսիայի և Արցախի տարածքի ռմբակոծման նպատակներից մեկը նաև եղել է կրկին հայ հասարակությանը ապացուցել,որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն "փուչիկ" կազմակերպություն է...Որ նույնիսկ նրա շրջանակում Երևանում անցկացվելիք միջոցառման ժամանակ Ադրբեաջնը չի վախենում այդ ռազմա-քաղաքկան կազմակերպությունից,որին անդամակցում են Հայաստանը,ՌԴ-ն և մի քանի այլ երկրներ...
Այսպիսով,կարելի է ենթադրել,որ այսօր Արցախում տեղի ունեցածը "պատվիրատուներ" ունի,որոնք սպասում են մեր և հատկապես ՌԴ-ի արձագանքին...Անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերից հետո տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս,որ Բաքվին "պատվերներ իջենցողները" նպատակադրվել են սրել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում...Զարմանալի չէ,որ 1994 թ-ից հետո առաջին անգամ Ադրբեջանը գնդակոծում է Արցախի "խորքերը"...
ՀՀ-ն՝որպես Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավոր և Արցախյան բանակը համարժեք պետք է պատժեն Բաքվին,որպեսզի վերջինս այսուհետ չստանձնի կատարել ամեն տեսակի "պատվերներ"...Համոզված են,որ մերոնք շատ դաժան կպատասխանեն ալթայան քոչվոր թուրքերին...Շատ լավ կլինի,որ այդ պատժիչ գործողության կամ գործողությունների մասին իմանան ոչ միյան մեր զինվորականները,այլև ՀՀ,Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի հասարակությունները...
Հ.Գ.Շուտով կլսենք Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ընդհանուր և առանձին Twitter-յան լղոզված,անդեմ և անհասցե հայտարարությունները...Իսկ մի երկու օր հետո էլ կմլավի ՀԱՊԿ-ն...
