Վլադ Կարախանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2019 թվականին Հայաստանում կազմակերպվելու է Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների համաշխարհային համաժողովը: Մոտ երկու տարի առաջ, ստանալով ՀՀ վարչապետի համաձայնությունը, այդ առաջարկությամբ Համաշխարհային ՏՏ և ծառայությունների ալյանսին (ՀՏՏԾԱ) է դիմել մեր երկրի ՏՏ ձեռնարկությունների միությունը: 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 29-ից հոկտեմբերի 1-ը Մեքսիկայում տեղի ունեցած ՀՏՏԾ ալյանսի համաժողովի ընթացքում գումարված տնօրենների խորհրդի նիստում ընդունվել է համաշխարհային հերթական համաժողովը Երևանում անցկացնելու հայկական պատվիրակության առաջարկը:
Նախորդ տարիներին համաժողովը գումարվել է Կանադայում, Նիդերլանդներում, Մալայզիայում, ԱՄՆ-ում, Հունաստանում, Ավստրալիայում, Չինաստանում, Իսպանիայում, Ճապոնիայում, Անգլիայում, Ֆրանսիայում և Դանիայում: ՏՏ համաշխարհային համաժողովը ոլորտի միջազգային խոշոր միջոցառում է, որն համախմբում է տարբեր երկրների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին, վերազգային կազմակերպությունների, համալսարանների և գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնների ղեկավարներին, հասարակական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին:
Համաժողովի կազմակերպման իրավունքը ձեռք բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ՀՏՏԾ ալյանսին 750 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար երաշխիքային կանխավճարի փոխանցումը: ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր ս.թ. մարտի 10-ի նիստում որոշեց այդ նպատակին հատկացնել ընդհանուր գումարի հերթական չափաքանակը` 150 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամը:
Մինչև 2019թ. պետք է կատարել նախապատրաստական մեծածավալ աշխատանք, մասնակցել ՀՏՏԾ ալյանսի միջոցառումներին: Հայաստանում համաժողով անցկացնելու համար կպահանջվի մոտ 2,93 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ: Ակնկալվում է, որ միայն 80 երկրից մասնակից պատվիրակների թիվը կհասնի 2000-2500-ի: Հաշվարկների համաձայն համաժողովի կազմակերպական ծախսը կփոխհատուցվի մասնակիցների վճարելիք մասնակցության վճարից, իսկ տնտեսված դրամական միջոցները կուղղվեն պետբյուջե:
