Ճապոնիան հիշում է 2011-ի աղետալի երկրաշարժի զոհերին

Հինգ տարի առաջ Ճապոնիայում տեղի ունեցած 9,0 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով զոհվեց գրեթե 16 հազար մարդ, ընդ որում նրանց ավելի քան 90 տոկոսը ստորգետնյա ցնցումներին հաջորդած ցունամիի զոհ դարձավ: Ավելի քան 2,5 հազար մարդ դեռեւս անհետ կորած է համարվում:
Երկրաշարժից հետո անցած հինգ տարվա ընթացքում վերականգնողական աշխատանքների համար ծախսվել է 25,5 տրիլիոն իեն (225 մլրդ դոլար): Առաջիկա հինգ տարում պլանավորվում է ծախսել եւս 6,5 տրիլիոն իեն (57 մլրդ դոլար):
Սակայն NHK հեռուստաընկերության անցկացրած հարցման համաձայն՝ դրա մասնակիցների 53 տոկոսն այն կարծիքին է, որ վերականգնման գործընթացը չափազանց դանդաղ է ընթանում: Երկրաշարժից մեկ տարի անց այդ կարծիքին էր հարցվածների ընդամենը 25 տոկոսը:
Ավելի քան 174 հազար բնակիչներ այդպես էլ չեն կարողացել վերադառնալ իրենց տները կամ նոր մշտական բնակատեղի գտնել: Նրանցից գրեթե 60 հազարն ապրում են ժամանակավոր կացարաններում, որոնք կառուցվել էին ոչ ավելի, քան երկու-երեք տարվա համար: Ներկայում առավել ծանր է վիճակը Ֆուկուսիմայի պրեֆեկտուրայում, որին բաժին էր հասել տարերքի գլխավոր հատվածը. հենց այստեղ էր վիթխարի ցունամին «Ֆուկուսիմա-1» ատոմակայանի վթար հարուցել: Կայանի մերձակա յոթ գյուղերից տարհանված ավելի քան 40 հազար մարդ շարունակում է ապրել պրեֆեկտուրայի սահմաններից դուրս:
Չնայած տների, հողերի եւ գյուղատնտեսական հանդակների վարակազերծման ուղղությամբ իշխանությունների եւ իրենց իսկ՝ բնակիչների հսկայական աշխատանքին, չլուծված խնդիրներն առայժմ ավելի շատ են, քան հաջողությունների մասին զեկուցելու առիթները: Այսպես, գետնի աղտոտված շերտը, որը հանվել էր ակտիվազերծման գործընթացում, մինչ այժմ պահվում է դրա համար հատուկ հատկացված ժամանակավոր վայրերում: Այն պահելու մշտական վայրի հարցը դեռուս լուծված չէ:
Այժմ աղտոտված հողի ծավալները չափվում են 9,9 խորանարդ մետր հսկայական թվով:
Բուն ատոմակայանում շարունակվում են վթարի հետեւանքների վերացման աշխատանքները, որոնք կշարունակվեն դեռ 30-40 տարի, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
