«Ներիշխանական խոհանոցում թեժ է: «ՀԺ»–ն, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, գրել էր, որ իշխանության ամենավերին օղակներում քննարկվում է Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահ Իշխան Զաքարյանին Քուվեյթում Հայաստանի դեսպան նշանակելու հարցը։
Նույն աղբյուրները հայտում են, որ Զաքարյանը կտրականապես դեմ է Քուվեյթ տեղափոխվելուն և մասնավոր քննարկումների ժամանակ ասել է, թե դիմում կգրի ու կմնա Հայաստանում։ Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ հիմա էլ քննարկվում է Օդեսայում ՀՀ հյուպատոս Գեորգի Մուրադյանին Քուվեյթում ՀՀ դեսպան նշանակելու հարցը։ Վերջինս, ի դեպ, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի թիմի ներկայացուցիչ է համարվում և հասցրել է հյուպատոս աշխատելու շրջանում մի քանի սկանդալային պատմությունների մեջ ընկնել։ Իսկ Քուվեյթում ՀՀ դեսպան Ֆադեյ Չարչօղլյանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դեսպան կնշանակվի Հունաստանում։ Այս պահին կարծես թե միանշանակ է, որ Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու է Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը։ ՎՊ-ն, սակայն, կկոչվի Հաշվեքննիչ պալատ և կունենա բոլորովին այլ ֆունկցիաներ»,–գրում է թերթը։
