Իսպանական ընկերությունը ՀՀ-ում հակակարկտային և ոռոգման համակարգերի արտադրության ֆինանսավորում է փնտրում

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը մարտի 10-ին ընդունել է իսպանական «Գլոբալ դեզառոլոս և ինժեներիա» բաժնետիրական ընկերության փոխնախագահներ Մանուել Վալդեսին և Անտոնիո Լուկեին` գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում փոխըմբռնման հուշագրով նախատեսվող համատեղ ծրագրերը քննարկելու նպատակով:
Հուշագրի շրջանակներում, որը ստորագրվել էր 2015 թվականի հունվարին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և «Գլոբալ դեզառոլոս և ինժեներիա» ընկերության միջև, կազմակերպությունը ձեռնամուխ է եղել Հայաստանում կառուցել 5 հա ջերմոցային տնտեսություն, իսկ հարակից տարածքում՝ հիմնել ինտենսիվ բուծման այգիներ:
«Ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների կառուցումն ու ինտենսիվ այգիների հիմնումը մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության գերակա խնդիրներից են, և համոզված եմ, որ ձեր ընկերության հաջող փորձն արտասահմանյան այլ ընկերություններին վառ օրինակ կծառայի Հայաստանում հաստատվելու և ակտիվ գործունեության ծավալելու համար», - ողջունելով հյուրերին նշել է նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, անդրադառնալով մեր երկրում հիմնվող ինտենսիվ այգիների պահպանման համար ոռոգման նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման և հակակարկտային պաշտպանիչ ցանցերի կարևորությանը` նախարարն առաջարկել է տեղում կազմակերպել հակակարկտային և ոռոգման համակարգերի արտադրությունը, ինչը թույլ կտա նվազեցնել արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքը և &nb sp; արտադրվող պաշտպանիչ միջոցներն արտահանել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրներ, որտեղ նույնպես նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման պահանջարկ կա:
Հյուրերը այս առիթով նաև հավելել են, որ այժմ բանակցություններ են ընթանում իսպանական առևտրային բանկերի հետ՝ ցածր տոկոսադրույքներով և երկարաժամկետ վարկեր նախատեսվող ծրագրերը ֆինանսավորելու համար:
Հաշվի առնելով Իսպանիայի հարուստ փորձը գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների ստեղծման և զարգացման գործում` ընկերության փոխնախագահ Մանուել Վալդեսն իր հերթին առաջարկել է այս ոլորտը նույնպես ներառել երկկողմ համագործակցության շրջանակի մեջ: Այս համատեքստում նա մասնավորապես առաջարկել է կազմակերպել համատեղ ուսումնական այցեր փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով: Ողջունելով այս առաջարկը՝ նախարար Կարապետյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նման փոխայցելությունները կլինեն արդյունավետ և փոխշահավետ:
