Արցախի վարչապետը հանձնարարել է մշակել գյուղերում պանրի արտադրության ծրագիր

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 10-ին հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն՝ տարածքային կառավարման և գյուղատնտեսական թեմաների շուրջ:
Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Ա. Մխոյանը ներկայացրել է գարնանացան աշխատանքների ընթացիկ իրավիճակը և հողամշակներին ցուցաբերվող պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի ընթացքը: Նրա խոսքով՝ գարնանացան որոշ մշակաբույսերի սերմացուների անհատույց տրամադրման ծրագիրը գործում է, և սերմացուների ու պարարտանյութերի անհրաժեշտ ծավալի հիմնական մասն արդեն ներկրվել է հանրապետություն:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, անդրադառնալով գյուղտեխնիկայի պարկի թարմացման հարցերին՝ վարչապետը հանձնարարել է առաջիկայում հանրապետություն ներկրվող կոմբայնների բաշխումը կատարել ըստ շրջաններում առկա պահանջարկի համամասնության: Ա. Հարությունյանը շեշտադրել է, որ նոր գյուղտեխնիկայի ներկրումը կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ՝ արտոնյալ պայմաններով դրանք տրամադրելով ցանկացողներին:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Ա. Հարությունյանը պատասխանատու կառույցներին հանձնարարել է գյուղերում պանրի արտադրության ու իրացման մեխանիզմների ներդրման ծրագիր մշակել, որի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի հրավիրել մասնագետներ, կազմակերպել դասընթացներ և ներդնել պանիր արտադրող գյուղացիների աջակցության փոքր ծրագրեր:
Խորհրդակցությանը քննարկվել են նաև մոլախոտերի, մկնանման կրծողների և անկանոն անասնապահության դեմ պայքարին վերաբերող հարցեր, ոլորտի պատասխանատուները ներկայացրել են կատարված աշխատանքները: Բերքահավաքի սեզոնին հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակներից խուսափելու նպատակով՝ վարչապետը հանձնարարել է գյուղնախարարին, արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենին և շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարներին փոխգործակցությամբ անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել՝ ներառյալ ճանապարհների մաքրման, թունաքիմիկատների սրսկումների իրականացման միջոցով: ԱԻՊԾ տնօրեն Ա . Հարությունյանին հանձնարարվել է շրջաններում ստեղծել հակահրդեհային ստորաբաժանումներ, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ լրացուցիչ ուժեր ներգրավել աշխատանքներում:
