Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը մարտի 10-16-ին «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագծի համար համաշխարհային ֆինանսական կենտրոններում` Լոնդոնում, Նյու Յորքում, Լոս Անջելեսում, Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյում եւ Բոստոնում մեկ միլիարդ դոլարի պետական պարտատոմսերի road-show կանցկացնի:

Այս մասին, հայտնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարարությանը:

Այդ նպատակով Ադրբեջանի ֆիննախարար Սամիր Շարիֆովի ղեկավարությամբ պատվիրակություն է մեկնել ԱՄՆ, որի կազմում ընդգրկված են «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» ընկերության եւ Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության` SOCAR-ի ներկայացուցիչներ:

Նշվում է, որ պարտատոսմերը նախատեսված են «Շահ Դենիզ 2», «Հարավկովկասյան գազատար», Անդրանատոլիական գազատար (TANAP) եւ Անդրադրիատիկ գազատար (TAP) խողովակաշարերի նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման համար:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարության 2016 թվականի մարտի 7-ի որոշման համաձայն` պարտատոմսերի տեղադրման գծով լիազորներ են որոշվել Citi Bank, UniCredit եւ JP Morgan բանկերը: Իր հերթին, Lazard FreresSAS ընկերությունը հանդես է գալիս ադրբեջանական կողմի ֆինանսական խորհրդատուի դերում:

Նախօրեին նախկին հետախույզ Յուրի Շվեցը ԶԼՄ-ներում հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարար Սամիր Շարիֆովին մեղադրել է երեք երկրների` ԱՄՆ-ի Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ համագործակցության մեջ: Այդ հայտարարությունը լայն արձագանք էր ստեղծել սոցցանցերում: Ուշագրավ է, որ Յուրի Շվեցն իր այդ հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Սամիր Շարիֆովի` ԱՄՆ այցի նախօրեին:
