Գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, բավականին հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել ՀՀ կուսակցական համակարգում։ Ընդ որում, ինչ որ առումով, նույն նավակի մեջ են հայտնվել ինչպես ընդդիմադիրները, այնպես էլ իշխանականները։
Չնայած նրան, որ ի սկզբանե ընդդիմությունն ու իշխանությունն ունեն տարբեր բնույթի հիմնախնդիրներ, բայց նրանց գերխնդիրը նույնն է՝ ինչպես ու ինչ կազմով հայտնվել մյուս խորհրդարանում։ Ու եթե ընդդիմությունը խնդիր ունի կոնսոլիդացվելու ու վերականգնել վստահությունն իր նկատմամամբ, ապա ՀՀԿ-ում ողջ թափով սերնդափոխություն ու ռեբրենդինգ է ընթանում։
Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն ցույց տվեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն իր այս դեմքով չի կարողանա հաղթել և ոչ մի ընտրություններում՝ առանց զանգվածային կեղծարարության դիմելու։ Ու ասելով զանգվածային, ես ի նկատի ունեմ իրոք զանգվածային, ինչպես մենք տեսանք հանրաքվեի օրը։ Ու սա դուր չի գալիս իշխանություններին, քանի որ իջեցնում է երկրի ու իրենց անհատական վարկանիշը՝ միջազգային ասպարեզում ու կարող է լուրջ խնդիրների հանգեցնել։ Իրավիճակը չի փրկում նաև այն, որ ընդդիմությունն իր այս տեսքով ամբողջովին սպառել է իրեն։ Մարդիկ դրանից ավելի շատ չեն ընտրումն ՀՀԿ-ին։
Ուստի հասունացել է բնական էվոլյուցիայի հրամայական, որի թիվ մեկ խնդիրը պետք է լինի նոր արյան ներհոսքը կուսակցություն ու հների հեռացում։ Ըստ ամենայնի, ՀՀԿ-ում մտածում են, որ եթե նոր դեմքերի էական ներհոսք լինի, դա կարող է էապես մեղմել ժողովրդի հակակրանքը իշխող կուսակցության նկատմամբ, բացի դրանից, նոր մարդկանցով հնարավոր կլինի նոր հայեցակարգ ձևավորել, քանի որ բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ ինչքան էլ հղկել Լֆիկին, Շմայսին, Թոխմախին ու այլ նույնաբովանդակ ՀՀԿ-ականների՝ նրանք շարունակելու են հարել իրենց հին աշխարհայացքին ու խնդիրներին լուծում տալու են ելնելով դրանից։ Սակայն այստեղ հարց է ծագում, թե որքանով է այսպիսի էվոլյուցիոն ընթացքի պատրաստ վերոնշյալ կատեգորիան ու որքանով այն կհակազդի դրան, որովհետև նրանց հակազդեցությունը իրոք լուրջ կարող է լինել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ցայսօր հենց նրանց ձեռքում են կենտրոնացած ՀՀԿ-ի ռեսուրսների ու լծակների մեծամասնությունը։
