Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է .

Ռուսական պարբերականներից մեկում լույս է տեսել ռազմական փորձագետ Ալեքսանդր Խրամչիխինի բավականին մանրամասն վերլուծականը՝ ՀՀ ԶՈւ վերաբերյալ։ Հոդվածում քննարկվում է Հայաստանի մարտունակությունը ու հպանցիկ ակնարկվում է հնարավոր պատերազմի դեպքում Թուրքիայի ու Ռուսաստանի արձագանքների սցենարները։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ բավականին հետաքրքիր ու թվերով վերլուծություն է, որը կարելի է ասել դրական շեշտադրումներով է հագեցած՝ մեր մասով, թեև տիպիկ ռուսական քարոզչական տարրեր էլ ունի (անուղղակիորեն փորձում են հասկացնել, որ Գյումրու ռազմաբազան մեր պաշտպանության վերջին բնագիծն ու փրկությունն է)։

Այսպիսի հոդվածներ էլի են եղել ու եղել են շատ։ Եղել են ինչպես հայրենական մամուլում, այնպես էլ ռուսական ու այլ երկրների մեդիա ռեսուրսներում։ Կրկին եղել են թվեր, հաշվարկներ, իրադարձությունների զարգացման հավանական սցենարներ։ Սակայն արի ու տես, որ լրագիրէյեմոտ ռեսուրսների մոտ գարնանային սրացումը հենց այս հոդվածն է առաջացրել ու հիմա ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է Հայաստանի ռազմական գաղտնիքները վաճառող ու «մեջքից խփող» Ռուսաստանի մասին հերթական լոլոն․․․

Ժողովուրդ, ամիսը մեկ ֆեյսբուքում քննարկվում է հերթական ինդեքսը, որով մեր բանակին հատկացնում են այս կամ այն տեղը։ Միլլիոն հատ հոդված կարելի է գտնել, այդ թվում նաև քանակային ցուցանիշներով, որոնցում համեմատվում են Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի բանակները։ Էլ չխոսեմ նրա մասին, որ կոնկրետ ՀՀ ԶՈւ սպառազինության ու տեխնիկայի քանակի մասին այնքան տեղեկատվություն կա, որ գաղտնիքը ոչ թե դրանց քանակային ցուցանիշների վերաբերյալ է, այլ ասենք տեղակայման վայրերի ու մոբիլիզացիոն պլանի։

Ի վերջո, Հայաստանը ստորագրել է սովորական սպառազինությունների վերահսողության ԵԱՀԿ կոնվենցիայի տակ ու ընդունել է քվոտաներ, որոնք էլ պահպանում է։ Դե իսկ Արցախի բանակի մասին Խրամչիխինը արդեն երևի մի 100-րդ փորձագետն է, որ ինչ որ թվեր է հրապարակում ու հենց ինքն էլ նշում է, որ դրանք շատ մոտավոր են ու ենթադրական։

Սակայն երբ մեդիա դաշտը հեղեղված է ՆԱՏՕ-ական ֆոնդերով ու պարզապես՝ երդվյալ ռուսաֆոբներով, բնականաբար ամեն այսպիսի մանրունք սկսում է զուգակցվել խուճապային-հիստերիկ այնպիսի նոպաներով, որ տեսնում ենք։ Թեթև տարեք, ոչ մի դարակազմիկ բան էլ չի եղել:
