Ադրբեջանա-կատարական անարդյունք «բազեական դիվանագիտությունը»

Կատարի էմիր շեյխ Թամիմ բին Համադ բին Խալիֆ Ալ Թանին օրերս Բաքու կատարած պաշտոնական այցի արդյունքներով Ադրբեջանի եւ Կատարի միջեւ 8 համաձայնագրեր են կնքվել, որոնք ավելի շատ մտադրությունների մասին հուշագրեր են հանդիսանում:
Այս մասին, հայտնում է «Թուրան»-ը` նշելով, որ անցած 10 տարիների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն ու Կատարը տարբեր փաստաթղթեր են ստորագրել, որոնց մեծ մասն այդպես էլ մնացել է մտադրություն:
Երկու երկրների միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը չի գերազանցել անգամ 600 հազար դոլարը, իսկ փոխադարձ պաշտոնական ներդրումները գործնականում մնացել են զրոյի վրա:
Գործակալությունը հաղորդում է, որ նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի վարչակազմը Կատարի իշխող ընտանիքին սկսել է սիրաշահել այն պահից, երբ Ադրբեջանում 2011 թվականից անսպասելիորեն սկսել է նվազել նավթի արդյունահանումը: Ընթացքի մեջ է դրվել այսպես կոչված «բազեական դիվանագիտությունը», երբ Ադրբեջանի տափաստաններն ու ազգային արգելոցները լայնորեն բացել են իրենց դռները արաբական շեյխերի, այդ թվում` Թանիի դինաստիայի առջև: Սակայն, բազեական որսորդության սիրահար շեյխերն ու նրանց բազմաթիվ գործարար զավակներն այդպես էլ ներդրումներ չեն կատարել Ադրբեջանում:
Մեծ Բրիտանիայում կրթություն ստացած էմիր Թանիի համար գլխավոր առաջնությունն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ սերտ հարաբերությունն է, որը հարեւան Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների, Իրանի վարչակարգերի հետ դիմակայության պայմաններում հանդես է գալիս Կատարի անվտանգության երաշխավոր:
«Այդ պատճառով տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում, այդ թվում` Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքականությունն անկարեւոր չէ Թանիի դինաստիայի համար եւ էմիրը հետեւելու է իր քաղաքական կուրսին, որն առաջին հերթին կանխորոշվում է քաղաքական գործչի հավասարակշիռ գործողություններով, այլ ոչ թե միապետի ամբիցիաներով», -համոզմունք է հայտնում «Թուրան»-ը:
Bloomberg-ի վերջին տվյալներով` հետագա 5 տարիներին Կատարը ծրագրում է ԱՄՆ-ի տնտեսության մեջ մոտ 35 մլրդ դոլար ներդնել, եւ Կատարի արտասահմանյան ներդրումային ծրագրերում Ադրբեջանի անունը նշված չէ:
