Էնտոնի Դելոնը ֆրանսիական կինոյի երկու դերասանների՝ Ալեն Դելոնի և Նատալի Բարտելեմիի որդին է: Նրա մայրը նույնպես փառավորվել է Դելոն ազգանունով, որը նա չի փոխել նույնիսկ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո: Պաշտամունքային դերասանի հետ նա շատ կարճ է ամուսնացած եղել, և որդու ծնվելուց 4 տարի անց Նատալին և Ալենն ամուսնալուծվել են:

Էնտոնին ծնվել է 1964 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին՝ Լոս Անջելեսում: Երեխային դաստիարակել է մայրը: Անկեղծ հարցազրույցներում Էնտոնի Դելոնը խոստովանել է, որ երեխա ժամանակ շատ է վախեցել հորից՝ չնայած, որ միասին չէին ապրում:

Հայրը կողքին չէր, մայրը զբաղված էր իր կարիերայով, և Էնտոնիին տասնամյա հասակում ուղարկել են գիշերօթիկ դպրոց, որտեղից նա երկու տարի անց փախել է: Հետագայում Էնտոնին դեռ շատ է ցուցադրել իր անհաշտ բնավորությունը: Ըմբոստ ոգին և պատանեկան հիմարությունը Էնտոնիին հասցրել են ամբաստանյալի աթոռին՝ ավտոմեքենա առևանգելու համար, և նա մեկ ամիս անցկացրել է բանտում: Բանտից ազատվելուց հետո երիտասարդը փորձել է հնարավորինս խելամիտ կյանք վարել, սակայն առայսօր նա չարությունն ու ագրեսիան իր գլխավոր թերությունն է համարում:

Էնտոնիի ստեղծագործական կայացման մեջ հայրը ոչ մի ներդրում չի ունեցել, իսկ բարձրահունչ ազգանունը միայն խանգարել է: Այնուամենայնիվ, 21-ամյա Դելոնն առաջին անգամ նկարահանվել է գեղարվեստական ֆիլմում և միանգամից գլխավոր դերում: Դա ֆրանկո-իտալական «Սրտում ասեղ» ֆիլմն էր: Հետագայում նա շատ է նկարահանվել անցողիկ հեռուստանախագծերում՝ երկար դադարներ տալով կինոկարիերայում:

Զուգահեռաբար Դելոնը զբաղվել է գործարարական գործունեությամբ, որը նրան հաջողություն չի բերել, փոխարենը հերթական անգամ խնդիրներ է առաջացրել հարկային մարմինների հետ: Այնուամենայնիվ, արժե նշել Էնտոնիի նվաճումները, ով, 19 տարեկանում բացելով իր բիզնեսը (հագուստի արտադրություն), դարձել է Ֆրանսիայի ամենաերիտասարդ ձեռնարկության ղեկավարը:

Ալեն Դելոնի որդին, ամեն դեպքում, ունի ճանապարհ: Համենայնդեպս, վերջին տարիներին շատ ընտրովի նկարահանվելով՝ մասնակցում է արժանի նախագծերի: Դրանցից մեկը եղել է 2007 թվականին նկարահանված «Պարի՛ր նրա հետ» ֆիլմը, իսկ 2011 թվականին էկրան է բարձրացել «Պոլիսս» ֆիլմը, որն արժանացել է Կաննի կինոփառատոնի ժյուրիի մրցանակին:

Հոր հետ Էնտոնիի հարաբերությունները երկար տարիներ լարված են եղել՝ երբեմն հասնելով պատերազմի աստիճանի, սակայն մի քանի տարի առաջ դրանք կարգավորվել են, ինչին դերասանը շատ ուրախ է:

Էնտոնի Դելոնը երկար տարիներ ապրում է Սոֆի Կլերիկոյի հետ, ում հետ միասին դաստիարակում է երկու դուստրերին՝ Լուին և Լիվին:
