ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արարատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 3 անձի մահվան պատճառ հանդիսացած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական տվյալներով, 2016թ. մարտի 9-ին՝ ժա մը 22։30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ թիվ N զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայող Կ. Կարապետյանի վարած «Օպել-Վեկտրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Եղեգնաձոր-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի Տիգրանաշեն գյուղի հատվածում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի մասից և ընկել ձորը:

Վթարի պահին ավտոմեքենայում գտնվել է 5 անձ, որոնցից 3-ը` եղբայրներ։ Ավտովթարի հետևանքով վարորդը` Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ուղևորներ Վահան Ղուկասյանը, եղբայրներից մեկը` Ռուսլան  Հարությունյանը մահացել են, իսկ մյուս ուղևորներ՝ եղբայրներ Ռոման և Արկադի Հարությունյանները մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արարատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի մարդու մահ): 

Կատարվել է  դեպքի վայրի զննություն. վթարի ենթարկված «Օպել-Վեկտրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերվել է ավտոճանապարհին հարակից ձորում՝ ճանապարհից շուրջ 250 մետր հեռավորության վրա, ամբողջությամբ վնասված և դեֆորմաց ված վիճակում: Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ վթարի ենթարկված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և բոլոր ուղևորները հանսդիսանում են պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ:

Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն, և ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ՝ վթարի պատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
