Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը քննում է Լուսաղբյուրում գնացքի և մեքենայի բախման դեպքը

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված մասնագիտական մշտական հանձնաժողովը ծառայողական քննություն է իրականացնում Լոռու մարզի Ղալթաղչի-Նալբանդ ուղեհատվածում տեղի ունեցած դժբախտ պատահարի առնչությամբ:
Հանձնաժողովում ներգրավված են նախարարության, ինչպես նաև «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի մասնագետներ: Ուսումնասիրություններից հետո նախարարությունը հանդես կգա հայտարարությամբ: Նախարարությունը հայտնում է նաև, որ գնացքների ինտենսիվ շարժի բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված ուղեփակոցները հանվել են դեռևս 1980-ական թվականներին:
Դրանց փոխարեն գնացքի ուղեգիծը հատող ճանապարհահատվածներին անվտանգության նկատառումներով տեղադրվել են զգուշացնող նշաններ, որոնցով կարգավորվում է երթևեկությունը: ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ այդ նշանները տեղադրվում են ճանապարհի սեփականատիրոջ միջոցների հաշվին։ Տվյալ դեպքում ճանապարհի սեփականատեր է հանդիսանում Լուսաղբյուր համայնքը։
ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը ցավակցություն է հայտնել ողբերգական պատահարի հետևանքով զոհված Մանվել Խաչատրյանի հարազատներին, իսկ վիրավորներին՝ մաղթում շուտափույթ ապաքինում: Հուլիսի 17-ին' ժամը 09.00-ի սահմաններում, N 3402 բեռնատար գնացքը (տեղափոխում էր պղնձի խտանյութ) Գյումրի-Այրում երկաթգծի «Ղալթաղչի» կայարանի մոտակայքում բախվել է «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի 03LL608 պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենային. վարորդը' Լուսաղբյուրի գյուղապետ Մանվել Խաչատրյանը տեղում մահացել է:
