«Հայկական ժամանակ». ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքը չափազանց մոտ է վտանգավոր սահմանագծին՝ ՀՆԱ-ի 50 տոկոսին

«Պաշտոնական վերջին ցուցանիշներով, ՀՀ պետական ամբողջ պարտքը (ներքին և արտաքին) մայիսի սկզբի դրությամբ կազմել է 4մլրդ 658 մլն 941 հազար դոլար: Դրանից 3 միլիարդ 968 միլիոն 774 հազար դոլարը Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքն է։
Այս տարվա սկզբի համեմատ պետական պարտքը աճել է 217 մլն 417 հազար դոլարով, իսկ արտաքին պարտքը աճել է 183 մլն 566 միլիոն դոլարով: Առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներով, ՀՀ պետպարտքը կազմել է համախառն ներքին արդյունքի 52.8 տոկոսը, իսկ արտաքին պարտքը՝ 44.9 տոկոսը: Պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ տվյալ դեպքում հաշվարկված է ՀՆԱ–ի այն, մեղմ ասած, վիճելի մեծությունը. որը ներկայացրել է Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը, ըստ որի մեր տնտեսությունը այդ ժամանակահատվածում իբր աճ է գրանցել 22 տոկոսով:
Բացի այդ, կառավարությանը բոլոր պարտքերը չէ, որ պաշտոնապես արձանագրում է։ Օրինակ ժամանակին չէր արձանագրվել «Գազպրոմին» ունեցած 300 մլն դոլարի պարտքը, որի դիմաց կառավարաթյունը վճարեց «Հայռուսգազարդի» ունեցած իր 20 տոկոս բաժնեմասով: Հաշվի առնելով այս «ճշտումները» մեր արտաքին պարտքը չափազանց մոտ է վտանգավոր սահմանագծին՝ ՀՆԱ-ի 50 տոկոսին, եթե, իհարկե, դեռ չի գերազանցել այն»,–գրում է թերթը։
