400 միլիոն դրամ՝ ռոբոտատեխնիկայի զարգացման համար

Հայկ Համբարձումյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միությունը (ՏՏՁՄ) իրականացնում է ռոբոտաշինության և ճարտարագիտության լաբորատորիաների ստեղծման ծրագիրը, որով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստեղծվել և հաջողությամբ գործում է այդպիսի 80 լաբորատորիա/խմբակ: Դրանք նպաստում են ռոբոտաշինության և ճարտարագիտության տարածմանը, աշակերտների մեջ ոլորտի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրության առաջացմանը, ճարտարագիտական մտածելակերպի զարգացմանը և ապագա ուսանողներին դեպի տեխնիկական համալսարաններ կողմնորոշմանը:
2015 թվականին երկրի պետբյուջեով դպրոցներում ռոբոտատեխնիկայի զարգացման ծրագրին հատկացվել էր մոտ 23,5 մլն դրամ, որը պահպանվել է նաև 2016թ. պետբյուջեով: Սակայն չբավարարվելով եղած արդյունքով, ՏՏՁ միությունն այժմ աշխատում է ռոբոտատեխնիկայի խմբակներ ստեղծել նաև այլ, այդ թվում` սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում: Ս.թ. մայիս ամսից կսկսի գործել ևս 32, իսկ սեպտեմբերից` 48 նոր խմբակ: Անհրաժեշտ սարքավորում և գույք ձեռք բերելու, խմբակավարներ վերապատրաստելու, մոնիթորինգ և երեխաների թիմային վարժանք անցկացնելու, աշխատանքը կազմակերպելու նպատակով լաբորատորիաների ներդրման դոնոր կազմակերպությունները նախատեսում են ներդնել շուրջ 330 մլն դրամ: Մնում էր խմբակավարների վարձատրության հարցը, որի լուծումն ստանձնել է ՀՀ կառավարությունը` իր ս.թ. մարտի 3-ի նիստում այդ նպատակին հատկացնելով մոտ 62,5 մլն դրամ:
Հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ ռոբոտատեխնիկայի խմբակների ստեղծումը կարևորել է նիստը վարող ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ պետական միջոցներով և դոնոր կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ այժմ գործող 80 խմբակների թվի կրկնապատկումը կնպաստի, որպեսզի ավելի շատ դպրոցականներ գիտելիք ձեռք բերեն ՏՏ ոլորտում:
