Ոստիկանը 422 հազար դրամ կաշառք է վերցրել

Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ոստիկան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանի կողմից կաշառք վերցնելու դեպքի առթիվ: Մասնավորապես, ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի, Տիգրան Հայրապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ չորրորդ վաշտի առաջին դասակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը, ծառայողական պարտականություններն իրականացնելիս թույլ է տվել խախտումներ:
Ոստիկանը տեղեկություններ է ստացել այն մասին, որ Շահեն Կարապետյանը, Արթուր և Նորայր Խաչատրյանները Մալաթիա տոնավաճառի հետնամասում առանց իրավաբանական անձի պետական գրանցման կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ պետական հաշվառման՝ համապատասխան վարձատրությամբ ապօրինի կերպով 2014 թվականից 2015 թվականի հուլիս ամիսն իրականացրել են հսկիչի գործունեություն:
Շահեն Կարապետյանից եւ մյուսներից ՊՊԾ չորրորդ վաշտի առաջին դասակի ոստիկան Գևորգ Ավետիսյանի միջոցով մաս-մաս ստացել է 422 հազար դրամի չափով կաշառք: Տիգրան Հայրապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով եւ երրորդ մասի երրորդ կետով:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը: Իսկ գործին մասնակից վերոնշյալ մյուս քաղաքացիներին չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ բաց են թողել: Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Ռ. Պապոյանի նախագահությամբ, որոշեց Հրաչյա Ալեքսանյանի վերաբերյալ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով եւ Տիգրան Հայրապետյանի վերաբերյալ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի երրորդ կետով ու 311-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով, Շահեն Կարապետյանի, Արթուր եւ Նորայր Խաչատրյանների վերաբերյալ՝ 312-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով եւ Սամվել Խանյանի վերաբերյալ՝ 312-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով քրեական գործերը միացնել մեկ վարույթում եւ շարունակել դատական քննությունը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
