ՀՀԿ-ն երկու հանրապետականներից ոչ մեկին չի աջակցում

Մարտի 20-ին Արմավիրի մարզի Նոր Արտագերս գյուղում համայնքի ղեկավար կընտրեն: Այսօրվա դրությամբ թիվ 21 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական տեղամասը գրանցել է երեք անձի թեկնածություն: Նրանցից երկուսը հանրապետական են, մեկը` անկուսակցական: Հանրապետական կուսակցությանն անդամագրված թեկնածուները` Նոր Արտագերսի նախկին գյուղապետ Դավիթ Ումուրշատյանն ու համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Խաչատուր Ջանազյանը, ինքնաառաջադրվել են: Հարազատ կուսակցությունը նրանց չի սատարում: Երրորդ թեկնածուն անկուսակցական Սահակ Ավագյանն է:
Նշենք, որ Նոր Արտագերսի համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրութուններն արտահերթ են եւ պայմանավորված են նախկին գյուղապետ Սամվել Հակոբյանի վաղաժամ մահվամբ: Նոր Արտագերսում ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար ԿԸՀ-ին հատկացվել է 1 միլիոն 124 հազար յոթ հարյուր դրամ, իսկ ոստիկանությանը՝ 4 միլիոն 900 հազար դրամ:
Նշենք, որ Նոր Արտագերսը գտնվում է մարզկենտրոն Արմավիրից 14 կմ հարավ-արեւմուտք։ Բնակչությունը 1500 է: Համայնքը հիմնադրվել է 1866 թվականին: Համայնքը մինչեւ 1966 թվականը կոչվել է Փոքր Շահրիար: Բնակիչների նախնիները գաղթել են Արեւմտյան Հայաստանից` Կողբից, Սասունից եւ Սուրմալուից:
