Ամուսնության միջին տարիքը գտնվում է պատմականորեն ամենաբարձր կետում․տղամարդկանց համար այն ներկայումս 29-ն է, իսկ կանանց համար՝ 27-ը, այնինչ 1990-ականներին ամուսնության միջին տարիքը 23-ն էր։
Թեև ուշ ամուսնությունը ևս իր առավելություններն ունի՝ ամուսնալուծության ցածր մակարդակ, բարձր եկամուտներ կանանց համար, առավել քիչ ընտանեկան վեճեր, սակայն հետազոտությունները պարզել են, որ անհրաժեշտ է ամուսնանալ մինչև 30 տարեկանը։
Ահա այն 5 պատճառները, թե ինչու պետք է շուտ ամուսնանալ․
1,Ամուսնությունը մարդկանց ավելի երջանիկ է դարձնում
Ըստ National Marriage Project's 2013-ի զեկույցի, 20-ից 28 տարիքային խմբում տոկոսային հարաբերությամբ իրենց «առավել բավարարված» են համարում ամուսնացած մարդիկ, ի տարբերություն միայնակների կամ միասին ապրող զույգերի։ Կանանց ամենամեծ տոկոսը, ովքեր իրենց ամուսնությունը բնութագրում են «շատ երջանիկ», ամուսնացել են 24-ից 26 տարեկանում։ 2010թ․-ին արված հետազոտության համաձայն առավել երջանիկ են լինում այն զույգերը, ովքեր ամուսնացել են 22-ից 25 տարեկանում։
2․Առավել մեծ եկամուտներ կունենաք
2008թ․-ից 2010թթ․-երը American Community-ի կատարած հետազոտության համաձայն պարզվել է, որ 20-ից 30 տարեկան ընկած հատվածում ամուսնացածներն առավել մեծ եկամուտներ են ունենում, քան 30-ից հետո ամուսնացած տղամարդիկ։ Տնտեսագետները նշում են, որ ամուսնացած տղամարդն ավելի շատ է վաստակում, քան միայնակ տղամարդը։
3․Ամուսնությունը առավել հաճախ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու հնարավորություն է տալիս
20-ից 30-տարիքային հատվածում ամուսնացած զույգերն առավել հաճախ են սեռական կյանքով ապրում, քան նրանք, ովքեր ամուսնացել են 30-ից հետո։Հարվարդի համալսարանի գիտնական Դանա Ռոթսը գրում է, որ ամուսնության ժամանակ յուրաքանչյուր 4 տարին նշանակում է, որ զույգը ամիսը 1 անգամ ավելի պակաս է սեռական կյանքով ապրում։Որքան շուտ ամուսնանաք, այնքան ավելի շատ հաճույք կստանաք։
4․Առավել քիչ ալկոհոլ կօգնագործեք
2012թ․-ին Journal of Health and Social Behavior ամսագրում տպագրված ուսումնասիրությունը պարզել է, որ ամուսնացած և նշանված երիտասարդներն առավել քիչ են ալկոհոլ օգտագործում, քան նրանք, ովքեր լուրջ ռոմանտիկ հարաբերություններ չունեն։Ալկոհոլի քիչ օգտագործումը նպաստում է, որ մարդիկ ունենան առողջ քուն, լավ մաշկ, քաղցկեղի առաջացման առավել քիչ հավանականություն։
5․Եթե կարծում եք պատրաստ եք ամուսնության, կարիք չկա սպասելու, քանի որ սպասումից ոչինչ չեք շահում
Իհարհե չենք քարոզում վազել դեպի եկեղեցի, սակայն եթե զգում եք, որ պատրաստ եք հաջորդ քայլին, ապա մի սպասեք։Ուսումնասիրության համաձայն, ամուսնության հետաձգումը որևէ առավելութուն չի տալիս։Ավելին, ամուսնության հետաձգումը 25-ից հետո կարող է նվազեցնել հուզական և առողջական նպաստները, որը կարող է բերել ամուսնությունը։
