ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության  զարգացումը կապում է կոոպերատիվների հետ: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախարարը նշեց, որ երկրում գյուղատնտեսական  կոոպերատիվների ձևավորումը համարվում է առաջնահերթություն: «Արդեն իսկ կոոպերատիվների ձևավորման շարժումը մեծ թափ է առել: Ես մեր գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումը կապում եմ կոոպերատիվների զարգացման հետ: Առանց կոոպերատիվների մեզ մոտ գյուղատնտեսությունը չի կարող զարգանալ և  արդյունաբերական հիմքերի վրա դրվել»,- նշեց Կարապետյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ ներկայում  ոչ միայն անասնապահության, այլև բուսաբուծության ոլորտում կան փոքր տնտեսություններ`  հատկապես սահմանամերձ համայնքներում, որոնք շատ դրական արդյունքներ են գրանցում: «Ինձ համար կարևոր է, որ այդ փորձը փոխանակենք մյուսներին, որ բոլորը տեսնեն, որ, կոոպերատիվներին անդամագրվելով, իրենք ավելի մեծ եկամուտներ են ունենում: Այս տարի մենք ավելի լայն բացատրական աշխատանք ենք տանելու գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների շրջանում, որպեսզի իրենք համոզվեն, որ կոոպերատիվը կարևոր է իրենց համար: Այս պահի դրությամբ մենÖ „ գործող 272 գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներ ունենք»,-ասաց նա:

Սերգո Կարապետյանը հայտնեց, որ իրենք  արդեն արժեշղթաներն ենք հզորացնում, որպեսզի ոչ միայն անասնապահության ոլորտում կենդանիների գլխաքանակն ավելանա, այլ նաև գյուղատնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտներում կոոպերատիվները հզորանան և արժեշղթաները զարգանան:  «Դրանք են՝ վերամշակման ճյուղերի, սպանդանոցների, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների, սառնարանային տնտեսությունների, վերամշակման արտադրամասերի ստեղծումը»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
