Ողջ աշխարհում կանայք կանգնած են  խնդրի առաջ՝ ինչպես ազատվել կամ գոնե կանխել կնճիռների և աչքերի տակի պարկերի առաջացումը։ Այս խնդրից ազատվելու համար օգտագործում են բազմաթիվ լոսյոններ, կրեմներ, որոնք պետք է վերականգնեն մաշկի առաձգակնությունը։ Չենք կարող ասել, որ այդ կրեմները արդյունավետ չեն, սակայն այսօր կներկայացնենք մի քանի միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել կնճիռներից ու աչքերի տակի պարկերից։
 
Թեյ
 
Կոֆեինով թեյը պարունակում է բնական տանին, որն օգտագործվել է նախկինում և այսօր, աչքերի տակի պարկերն անցկացնելու համար։ Անհրաժեշտ է թեյի 2 պարկը դնել տաք ջրի մեջ, ապա ջրից հանել և դնել սառցախցիկում մի քանի րոպե, իսկ այնուհետ դնել աչքերի վրա։ 
 
Մետաղական գդալ
 
Վերցնել 2 մետաղական գդալ և մի քանի րոպե պահել սառը ջրի տակ։ Գդալը դնել աչքերի տակ 30-ից 60 վայրկյան։ Սառը գդալը կվերականգնի հոգնած աչքերը և միևնույն ժամանակ էներգիա կհաղորդի։
 
Թարմ վարունգ
 
Երբ աչքերը կարմրած ու ուռած են, պարզապես կտրեք վարունգի 2 կտոր, պառկեք և այն դրեք աչքերին՝ պահելով 30 րոպե, որի ընթացքում կհանգստանանք, կթարմանաք և կանցնեն աչքերի ուռածությունն ու հոգնածությունը։

Մոդելները և դերասանները գիտեն այս գաղտնիքը։ Մասնավորապես, թութքի համար նախատեսված կրեմն արագ նվազեցնում է աչքերի տակի ուռածությունը և նվազեցնում է կնճիռները։ Եթե կրեմի հոտը ճափազանց ուժեղ է, ապա կարելի է խառնել խոնավեցնող կրեմի հետ։
