Իրանցի միլիարդատեր Զանջանին կոռուպցիայի համար մահվան է դատապարտվել

Իրանցի միլիարդատեր Բաբակ Զանջանին մահվան է դատապարտվել կոռուպցիայի եւ հիմնադրամների միջոցների հափշտակման համար: Այս մասին գրում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին՝ վկայակոչելով դատարանի հայտարարությունը:
Բաբակ Զանջանին Sorinet Group կորպորացիայի ղեկավարն է, ակտիվներ ունի Թուրքիայում, ԱՄԷ-ում եւ Մալազիայում: Նա ձերբակալվել է 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին, ֆինանսական մեքենայությունների եւ կոռուպցիայի ճանապարհով պետությանը վնաս հասցնելու մեղադրանքով: Նրան մեղադրում են պատժամիջոցների ռեժիմի շրջանցմամբ նավթի վաճառքից ստացված միջոցները վատնելու մեջ:
Իրանի ազգային նավթային ընկերությունը միլիարդատիրոջը հանձնարարել է 2 մլրդ եվրոյի չափով նավթ վաճառել: Միաժամանակ, ընկերության ղեկավարությունը Զանջանիին չի պարտավորեցրել ստացված միջոցների վերադարձի ֆինանսական երաշխիքներ տրամադրել:
Ըստ ՏԱՍՍ-ի, 2012 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ն ու Եվրամիության երկրները Զանջանիին ներառել էին այն անձանց ցանկում, որոնք աշխատում են իրանական նավթի վաճառքի եւ իրանական բանկային հատվածի սահմանափակումների շրջանցմամբ: 2013-ի ապրիլին ամերիկյան գանձապետարանը Զանջանիին մեղադրեց Իրանի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների խախտման մեջ, նույնպիսի մեղադրանքներ հնչեցին նաեւ Եվրամիության կողմից: 2014 թվականի փետրվարին էլ Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին կարգադրեց իրանական նավթի հետ կախված կոռուպցիոն մեքենայությունների միջոցով միջոցների հափշտակման հետաքննություն անցկացնել:
