Սիրելի ընթերցողներ, գարնան մոտենալու հետ մեկ տեղ արթնանում են առաջին հայացքից անվնաս, փոքր միջատներ։ Այսօր ուզում եմ խոսել այդ միջատներից մեկի կողմից մարդուն և շներին փոխանցվող լեյշմանիոզ հիվանդության մասին։

Եվ այսպես, լեյշմանիոզը դա նախակենդանիների կողմից հարուցվող հիվանդություն է, որը առաջացնում է տենդ, փայծաղի և լյարդի մեծացում, երիկամների ախտահարումներ և սակավարյունություն։ Հիվանդանում են հիմնականում 0-5 տարեկան երեխաները, մասնագիտական բուժման բացակայության դեպքում մահացությունը կազմում է 100%։

Հիվանդության աղբյուր են հանդիսանում շներն ու վայրի շնազգիները (գայլեր, աղվեսներ, շնագայլեր և այլն):

Լեյշմանիոզի փոխանցողներն են մլակները (ֆլեբոտոմուսները)։ Բայց, ի տարբերություն, նույն Զիկայի, մլակները մեխանիկական փոխանցողներ չեն, այսինքն հարուցիչը մլակի օրգանիզմում պետք է անցնի համապատասխան զարգացման ցիկլ։ Սա նշանակում է, որ եթե նույնիսկ կա հիվանդ շուն` հնարավոր չէ վարակվել լեյշմանիոզով, եթե չլինեն մլակները։ Հայաստանը և հարևան բոլոր երկրները էնդեմիկ գոտի են թե լեյշմանիոզի, թե այդ մլակների համար, հետևաբար բոլորս պարտավոր ենք պաշտպանել մեր երեխաներին և շներին։

Ի՞նչպես ենք անում, որ չվարակվենք։Առաջին հերթին հասկանանք, որտեղ են զարգանում այդ մլակները։ Մլակները ձվադրում են և ապրում են կենսաբանական աղբի մեջ, խոնավ և տաք տարածաշրջաններում։ Այն, ինչ հիմա գրելու եմ, խնդրում եմ փոխացել ձեր բոլոր հարազատներին, ընկերներին և պարզապես ծանոթներին, ովքեր ապրում են ՀՀ Սյունիքի, Տավուշի, Լոռու մարզերում և Երևանում, ինչպես նաև ԼՂՀ-ում։

1․ Ամենինչ անել, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք աղբի կուտակումներ առաջանան։

2․ Ապրիլ-հոկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում պարտադիր ցանցապատել դեռներն ու պատուհանները` հնարավորինս մանր ցանցերով։

3․ Անտառ կամ անտառամերձ տարածքներ գնալուց երեխաներին հագցնել մարմինը հնարավորինս ծածկող հագուստ։

4․Երեխաների մոտ երկարատև բարձ ջերմություն նկատելու դեպքում անհապաղ դիմել բժիշկներին։

5․ Պարտադիր օգտագործել ռեպելենտ (վախեցնող) միջոցներ (քսուկներ, աէրոզոլներ, կամ այսպես կոչված «ռապտորներ»):

6․ Նույնը անել շների հետ, սեզոնի ողջ ընթացքում օգտագործել տարբեր տեսակի միջոցներ, որոնք կպաշտպանեն կենդանուն միջատների հարձակումից (վզակապ (ошейник), դեղեր և այլն):

8․ Շան աչքերի, քթի, ականջների հատվածում, չլավացող վերքերի, ինչպես նաև հետին վերջույթների թուլության հայտնաբերման պարագայում պարտադիր դիմել մասնագետներին։

Ի դեպ, հիվանդության գաղտնի շրջանը տևում է 8 շաբաթից մինչև 1 տարի, հնարավոր է ամռանը վարակվել, բայց հիվանդության նշանները հայտնաբերել ձմռանը։

Պաշտպանեք ձեր երեխաներին, առողջ եղեք և մի վախեցեք։
