«Նորմանդական քառյակը» կարևորել է մինչեւ հունիսի վերջն ընտրությունների անցկացումը Դոնբասում

Ուկրաինայի, Ռուսաստանի, Գերմանիայի եւ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարները հուսով են, որ մինչեւ հունիսի վերջն Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում կանցկացվեն տեղական ընտրություններ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հղում անելով BBC-ին, հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան Մարկ Էյրո ն:
«Մենք ընդգծեցինք ընտրությունների մասին օրենքի ընդունման կարեւորությունը, որպեսզի տեղական ընտրությունները հնարավոր լինի անցկացնել մինչեւ կիսամյակի վերջը»,- ասել է Էյրոն Փարիզում «նորմանդական քառյակի» բանակցություններից հետո:
Չորս երկրների ներկայացուցիչները նաեւ հորդորել են մինչեւ ապրիլի 30-ն ազատել բոլոր գերիներին եւ անօրինականորեն պահվող անձանց:
Մինչդեռ Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարար Պավել Կլիմկինը բանակցությունների ավարտից հետո հայտարարել է, որ դրանց ընթացքում բեկում տեղի չի ունեցել: Նա հավելել է, ո րանհրաժեշտ է իրական առաջընթացի հասնել երկրի արեւելքում հրադադարի հարցում, նախքան Ուկրաինան կկարողանա ընդունել նոր օրենքներ, որոնք թույլ կտան տեղական ընտրություններ անցկացնել Դոնեցկի եւ Լուգանսկի մարզերի այն շրջաններում, որոնք ներկայում չեն գտնվում Կիեւի հսկողության ներքո:
Բանակցություններից հետո Շտայնմայերը, պատասխանելով հունիսին ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի հսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում հնարավոր ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ հարցին, ասել է, որ «ամեն ինչ կախված է այն բանից, թե Կիեւը եւ Մոսկվան պատրաստ են արդյոք ավելի կառուցողականորեն համագործակցություն հանդես բերել այդ հարցում»:
«Դա դեռեւս բարդ է»,- հավելել է նա՝ չթաքցնելով հոռետեսությունը:
