24 մլն եվրո` Երևանի աղբավերամշակման համար

Անահիտ Գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կառավարությունն այսօր հավանություն է տվել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև 2015թ.հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ստորագրված «Երևանի կոշտ թափոններ` փուլ 1» ֆինանսական պայմանագրին: Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ ԵՆԲ-ն ծրագրի 1-ին փուլի ֆինանսավորման նպատակով ՀՀ-ին կտրամադրի 8 մլն եվրո գումարի չափով վարկ:
Ծրագրի երեք բաղադրիչներն ուղղված են Երևանի կոշտ կենցաղային թափոնների կառավարման համակարգի բարելավմանը: Առաջին բաղադրիչը նոր սանիտարական աղբավայրի առաջին երկու գոտիների և օժանդակ ենթակառուցվածքի կառուցումն է: Նոր աղբավայրը, որը տեղակայվելու է Նուբարաշենում գործող աղբավայրի հարևանությամբ և գտնվելու է Երևանի կենտրոնից 12 կմ հեռավորության վրա, կնվազեցնի գործող ոչ սանիտարական աղբավայրի անբարենպաստ ազդեցությունը շրջակա միջավայրի, հանրային առողջության և կլիմայի վրա: Ծրագրի երկրորդ բաղադրիչն ընդգրկում է գործող աղբավայրի փակումը և վերականգնումը՝ նոր աղբավայրը շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո: Ծրագրի երրորդ բաղադրիչը կնպաստի այնպիսի համակարգերի և օբյեկտների նախապատրաստմանը և ներդրմանը, որոնք կավելացնեն վերամշակման ծավալը՝ երկարացնելով նոր աղբավայրի օգտակար շահագործման ժամկետը:
Ծրագրի 1-ին բաղադրիչի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 24 մլն եվրո, որից` 8 մլն եվրո վարկ ԵՆԲ-ից, 8 մլն եվրո վարկ` Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկից (ՎԶԵԲ), և ևս 8 մլն եվրո դրամաշնորհ նախատեսվում է ներգրավել ԵՄ Հարևանության ներդրումային գործիքի միջոցով: Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում հավանության է արժանացել նաև «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի միջև 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ին ստորագրված «Երևանի կոշտ թափոնների ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը:
