Միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ հաքերներին հաջողվել է կոտրել իտալական անվտանգության մարմինների համար լրտեսական ծրագրեր պատրաստելու վրա մասնագիտացած Hacking Team իտալական ընկերության տեղեկատվական բազան:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ առնչությամբ WikiLeaks-ի հրապարակումներից հայտնի է դարձել, որ այդ ընկերությունն Ադրբեջանին է վաճառել Da Vinchi կամ Galileo կոչվող դիստանցիոն լրտեսման համակարգ: Ավելի վաղ ենթադրվում էր, որ այդ համակարգը գնել է Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությունը, սակայն, օրերս հաքերները համացանցում տեղադրել են Hacking Team ընկերության տեղեկատվական բազան, եւ հայտնի է դարձել, որ իտալական ընկերության DaVinchi լրտեսական ծրագիրը գնել է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար ությունը` ԱՄՆ-ում գրանցված անհայտ ընկերության անվան տակ:
Հուլիսի 8-ին WikiLeaks-ի հրապարակած նյութերի համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ը ամերիկյան Horizon Global Group ընկերության միջնորդությամբ 2013 եւ 2014 թվականներին 336 հազար եվրոյով գնել է «Հեռվից վերահսկողության համակարգ» (RCS) լրտեսական ծրագիր: Horizon Global Group ընկերությունը ոչ կայք ունի, ոչ էլ կապի համար հեռախոս: Հայտնի է միայն ընկերության հասցեն` Ranchos Palos Verdes, Nevada, CA 90274:
Լրտեսական ծրագրերն Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ին վաճառելու նամակագրությունը կատարել է Hackin Team ընկերության վաճառքի գծով մենեջեր Մասիլլիանո Լուպպին: Հազարավոր էլեկտրոնային նամակներում կողմերը քննարկել են լրտեսական ծրագրերի վաճառքի գծով պայմանագրի եւ դրանց կիրառման գծով հրահանգների մանրամասներն ու այլ հարցեր: Հրապարակվել են նաեւ լրտեսական ծրագրերի գնորդ Horizon Global Group-ի եւ Hacking Team վաճառող ընկերության միջեւ կնքված պայմանագրերի պատճենները: Գնորդի կողմից պայմանագիրը ստորագրել է ոմն Աբիք Չարուխչեւ:
Hacking Team ընկերության կողմից մշակված լրտեսական ծրագրերը նախատեսված են համակարգիչների եւ սմարթֆոնների վրա գաղտնի գրոհների համար: Այդ լրտեսական ծրագրերը կարող են պատճենահանել ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը Windows, OS X կամ Linux օպերացիոն համակարգերով համակարգիչներից: Ծրագրերը կարող են նաեւ պատճենահանել ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը Android, iOS, Blackberry եւ Windosw Phone հարթակներով աշխատող սմարթֆոններից: Այդ ծրագիրը գրանցում է Skype, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Line, Viber համակարգերով տարվող բոլոր խոսակցությունները: Ծրագիրը կարող է առանց տիրոջ իմացության միացնել սմարթֆոնի տեսախ ցիկը եւ միկրոֆոնը, ինչպես նաեւ որոշել նրա գտնվելու վայրը:
