Համաշխարհային տնտեսական և քաղաքական մարտահրավերները ուղիղ կապ ունեն միգրացիոն գործընթացի հետ: Նման իրավիճակներում շատ կարևոր է, որ պետությունը կանգնած լինի իր քաղաքացու կողքին, կամ պատրաստակամ լինի օգնել այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ցանկանում են ապրել իր երկրում:

Գործադիր մարմնի և ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների գծով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի միջև համագործակցությունը շարունակվում է: Այս կոնտեքստում կքնվում են բազմաթիվ համաձայնագրեր, որոնք ուղված են ծառայության կարողությունների ամրապնդման քաղաքականության մշակման, ապաստան հայցողների և փախստականների սոցիալական հիմնախնդիրների լուծման, ինչպես նաև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների ապաստանի հայցերի քննարկման ապահովմանը սահմանված ընթացակարգերի պահպանմանը:

Նոր համաձայնությամբ,այս տարվա համար նախատեսված ընդանուր ծախսերից ծառայության արտաբյուջետային հաշվին է փոխանցվում 9276,8 հազ.դրամ:

Գումարը նախատեսված է ապաստան հայցողների ծագման երկրների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ հայթայթող, վերլուծող և եզրակացություններ պատրաստող աշխատակիցների համար:
Ֆինանսական աջակցության մի մասը նպատակաուղղվելու է հոգալու այն ապաստան հայցողների կեցության ծախսերը, որոնք ստացել են փախստականի կարգավիճակ, սակայն այլ հնարավորություն չունենալու պատճառով շարունակում են բնակվել կացարաններում:

Այս համագործակցության շնորհիվ ՀՀ-ում կբարձրացվի ապաստան հայցողների և փախստականների իրավական, սոցիալական պաշտպանվածությունը:
